Customer service is probably the worst I have ever done business with. They're helpful until you've paid them then nonexistent. I have them put in a brand new pool from scratch and have had several issues I've asked for assistance with and the answer is always "we don't cover that" or they just don't call back. Older lady in office is also quite rude. I would take your business else where.

Funny how a bad review and the back in forth is removed. Had to go route of small claims court which was a waste of time. The still didn't fixed the leak we had in our pool they renovated. We found out after paying another pool company that they cut the rebar in our pool and never fixed it, so it was slowly separating. Be wise and find someone else and don't use Landmark pools as thats where the other owner went
