The Best Value! We received 3 quotes to replace our entire system, air handler and heat pump. One was priced way out there and the other 2 were about the same, including the one from Quality Home Cooling. However, Quality and Eric provided a lot of other services that the other company did not mention, like replace filter panel, redo areas above and below the air handler (I'm not sure exactly what they're called) clean out the lines, installed a UV light at the air handler unit, 2 year free maintenance of the new unit, and a few other things. Dealing with Eric and Ashley from the first phone call even after the installation was a breeze, they were both professional, knowledgeable and respectful to our home and our family. We are grateful for that. I would highly recommend Quality Home Cooling.

Eric was absolutely amazing with us. Highly recommend. He was very professional, had a quick turnaround time and was very responsive. He removed an old hvac system that was over 20 years old and installed a brand new system. His work was seamless and we’re enjoying the cool house. Plus he wasn’t trying to upsell us anything or break the bank like some other companies. He was very reasonable and we’re so glad to have found him and will continue working with him to maintain the new system in tiptop shape.

It's not easy to find dedicated workers that are Honest, Knowledgeable and fair with pricing. Eric was highly recommended and I see why. He was Profesional, Reliable and did a great job at a fair price! He split an air duct and installed air duct to a room. He did a great job! I will use him again for more work and recommend him!

Eric was nothing short of amazing. Our AC went out yesterday all of the sudden. One phone call and he was out first thing this morning. Thoroughly investigated the unit found out a couple of problems, fixed it, and AC is running fine now. We had another A/C company that we had regularly scheduled maintenance with that had just come out 30 days ago and they totally missed some simple items. We will be using Eric and Quality Home Cooling for all of our AC needs moving forward. We highly recommend them for all your AC needs. very nice friendly professional and honest. Eric was really great. He responded to voice message in a timely manner,was out early the next morning at the suggested time. Explained the issue, made suggestions on what needed to be replaced and worked with me on pricing. He came in much lower than other quotes I got and was able to accommodate and install same week.

I came home from a trip to find my AC out. Eric came out right away and was the only company to do a thorough inspection of the problem and quote to fix it rather than only quote replacement. Ultimately, he advised replacement as well, but I appreciate how he gave all the options and talked through their pros and cons. There was no pressure, only care for my specific situation. I chose to repair, and Eric had the part in quickly. He came on time, was courteous, and clearly cared about the quality of his work. I like how he was the person who did the work as well as the estimate. As a woman living on my own, I get nervous with companies who send one sales person then a completely different crew to do the work. I felt very comfortable with Eric in my home. He even showed me what he was doing when I was curious. Eric went above and beyond, and I plan to use Quality Home Cooling in the future as well as recommend Eric to my friends and family. Eric from Quality A/C is amazing! My A/C wasn’t working well when I got home from work and he was able to come to my home within 30 minutes to fix the unit. His service and pricing is more competitive than other companies I’ve dealt with in the past. If you live in Oviedo or Chuluota give him a call.

I had a very old AC unit that started having a repeating issue. I contacted Quality Home Cooling based on a recommendation when I came home from work one evening to find the AC had stopped working. Eric came out immediately, diagnosed the issue, and got the unit running again. Due to the age of the unit and repeating issue, we discussed replacement and he promptly sent over a quote. We had an issue with our AC not working properly. We had several estimates, one from an AC company that we had used previously, and we had a service contract with them.
Mr. Polanco (Eric), who is the owner of Quality Home Cooling arrived promptly as scheduled for an estimate on repair. He let us know that our AC unit was still under warranty, and that cut the cost down considerably.
There was no charge for his estimate, and it was half the price of the estimate we received from the large company we had been doing business with for years!!
He performed the repairs and he was prompt, honest and expert!
Our AC has not worked this well in a very long time, and we have Eric to thank for that!

Quality Home Cooling really impressed me when we had an AC issue yesterday. They were able to get out to my house within 45min and find the source of the issue. We needed a part form the manufacturer and Quality Home Cooling made time in their day today (amongst other homes they were servicing) to go to the manufacturer, get the part (under warranty), get back to our house and fix the issue within an hour. I really appreciate that level of service and highly recommend!

Our AC went out 24 hours before the hurricane was supposed to hit. Eric was so kind and came out first thing this morning and had our AC fixed within 20 minutes! We are so thankful for his efficiency and kindness! We’re definitely going to him for all our HVAC needs!

Eric is the best. Our a/c died Wednesday afternoon, he was here within 24 hours, discovered a control board had to be replaced. Went out to find one, dealt with the warranty, and returned about 2 hours later with everything need to repair it. The price was reasonable, the care and work was excellent, and he's a nice guy. I recommend him highly and hope you will consider him.

I contacted quality home cooling for some services I needed help with. Eric came out very promptly that day actually did a thorough inspection of what I would like done and gave me a price. When I had time to schedule Eric was on time, he is very courteous and a very hard worker. It took him most of the day to complete the job but he is very dedicated to his service I will definitely be calling him again if I am in need of any work on my AC unit. Quality Home Cooling Delivers! Its great when a company does what they say (shows up on time, delivers the service agreed upon, is respectful). Eric at Quality Home Cooling does this and more. He is honest, delivers at a good price, diligent and accommodating of customer needs. He replaced 2 heat pumps for me in April 2024. He worked with my schedule, communicated well and did the job as planned. There was an issue that came up after installation due to an old faulty wire running thru the house to the thermostat. Eric returned to fix this on a Sunday evening which worked with my schedule. No hassle, no complaining, just good honest hard work and commitment to getting the job done right.

I called Quality Home Cooling at around 10pm and I was surprised how quickly he answered the phone! He helped me troubleshoot my Ecobee thermostat blowing hot air when it was set to cool.
