A week ago I didn’t know this company existed. Was given their name for a repair issue on a freezer. They were AWESOME! Max was excellent explained the issue and I was able to solve my issue. They are now in my Rolodex for the future. Thanks guys for the excellent service.

It was a pleasure watching Max fix my wall oven. He knew exactly what to do and did it. In addition, he is a very nice guy! From now on, I will ask for him.

Last Thursday Max one of your technicians came out in a timely manner, examine the unit refrigerator and diagnose the problem within 10 minutes, immediately repair the issue and have the unit operating and temperature lowering and functioning quickly. I am totally impressed by the quality of your personnel and your professionalism. I will highly recommend your company to anybody needs services in the future for their Appliance needs. Vladimir was very professional and provided diagnostic info with details of the parts needing replaced for our subzero refrigerator. His fees were competitive and he returned 2 days later once the parts came in. After 4 hours of labor the freezer was in back in order. We were very pleased with the work

My old washer stopped working during the rinse cycle and tripping the fuse box. James accessed the problem and told me how to empty the water. Showed me two affordable used washers and set me up for delivery the next morning. Delivery was on time, knowable of the product and professional. My old washer was taken away with no additional cost (if water was removed before delivery). My new washer works perfectly. Great customer service from start to finish. I give Gulf Coast Appliance Repair a five star rating due to the fast service I received! My technician was very polite and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my front loading washing machine! I would diffently use them again!

Definitely 5 stars for Max! He figured out the dishwasher error code issue related to the length of drainage piping installed by the plumber. Tightening that up did the trick, saving me about $400 for a new control panel. Very much appreciated!

Dishwasher Repair-Max was on time and checked all the components to determine what the problem was. He determined it was the motor. He said he could order and could reschedule when part was in and quoted the exact cost. No payment was taken until Repair was complete. No surprises, courteous service and on time for appts.

Gulf Coast Appliance Repair was great to work with from start to finish! Max came out to do the service visit to diagnose the issue with our washing machine and he was honest, fast and efficient. He was able to tell me exactly what the problem was and how they could fix it. We ordered the parts and within a few days, he came back out with the parts and fixed the issue. It was not an easy job, but he was tenacious when most other techs would have probably given up. I can’t thank them enough because now we have a brand new washing machine that works even better than when I first purchased it! Thank you so much!

After rebuilding our home following the devastation of Hurricane Helene, we installed a brand new KitchenAid stove. I had a great experience with Max this morning! I got a text that he was on his way with his estimated arrival time. He was professional and personable (and my dog liked him which is always important ;)). My dryer needed a new heating element. Max had the part on his truck. Repair was done quickly. Work area was left clean. No complaints!
