SAR arrived on time and we’re very thorough in diagnosing the problem we were having with our refrigerator/ freezer and washing machine. The technician was professional and knowledgeable and we are very pleased that they will be doing the repairs on our appliances.

A technician came out to our home for a washer that had water pooling up inside a few hours after doing a load. The technician left & said he unclogged the drain at no added charge aside from the diagnostic fee, but found some other things wrong with the unit (which would cost nearly the price of a new washer to fix). Now our unit is making a machine gun noise that it never made before and the water is still pooling up. I would not trust this company.
