SAR arrived on time and we’re very thorough in diagnosing the problem we were having with our refrigerator/ freezer and washing machine. The technician was professional and knowledgeable and we are very pleased that they will be doing the repairs on our appliances.

This is the second time we used SAR Appliance Repair. The technician both times was knowledgeable and gave some good maintenance tips. Both times they identified the issue immediately, ordered a part and fixed it. We highly recommend them

I called the office and they’re mediately answered the phone and we’re able to send a technician to my area the next day. My dryer stopped blowing hot air and I knew it would be fixable. They arrived within the window of time and were professional and courteous. Stas was careful to not scratch my new staircase and freshly painted walls up to laundry room. Stas was very polite and professional. He quickly was able to diagnose and repair my dryer! I had hot air in two minutes! He practiced safety and care during my repair and I really appreciated his concern for my home and property. I feel Stas went above and beyond to make sure his service and visit to my home was a good experience and performed the repair to my 100% satisfaction. Thanks Stas and SAR Appliance Repair! Quick and fast - simply pushed the correct buttons - online instructions list wrong buttons to push - even if I had to pay for a service call at least I don't have to buy a new refrigerator!

Very quick response, friendly and great service.

My LG refrigerator stopped working. Called SAR for help. Sent a tech the next day and had a new compressor installed in a few days. Had to be a long day for the repairman - didn't finish until 8 PM but stuck with it. Lots of respect for the hard work ethic.

After several other companies could not service our refrigerator, we were fortunate enough to run across SAR Appliance Repair. They correctly diagnosed a failed compressor and were able to obtain a replacement in a matter of days, no easy feat with the current supply-chain crisis. The tech did a thorough installation and followed up with a call the next day to make sure things were working well.

As it turned out, the temperatures were not low enough and a prompt follow-on dispatch fixed the problem with a check for leaks, there were none thankfully, and additional refrigerant. Apparently, it takes a while for a new compressor to stabilize and provide proper refrigerant pressure readings.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the delightfully friendly, attentive, professional and competent service. Don't look elsewhere--these are real pros!!!
