Terrible service and very dishonest I highly recommend finding another contractor.

The phone number on their truck rings and disconnects. The local number is disconnected. I am the only house on the street. They blocked off the street without notice leaving no way for me to pick up my child from daycare. No way to contact the company. No notice whatsoever.

I had an electrical failure due to an underground wire going bad. TECO contracted F & H Contractors to do the repair. The two men that came out were outstanding. They were informative, respectful and represented your company like owners. Refreshing!

Instead of cleaning up, crew decided to leave this huge mess for me to clean up and may have damaged my slab.

Their website clearly outlines their process—there's no mystery. The offer of a "Same Day Estimate with a 3D Color Design" isn't just a gimmick; it's a sign of a highly organized, client-focused system. You can tell they respect the homeowner's time and intelligence. Add to that their recent NARI Gold awards—which aren't easy to win—and you have all the external validation you need.

Not responsive. They do not return phone calls.

John Frangos showed up to give me an estimate, then was never heard from again! Purchasing a commercial property and needed a contractor. Wasted my time, my real estate agent, my lender and the sellers time! Couldn't even answer a simple call or text. Jason, the owner was also missing in action. I called and left a voicemail for him and he didn't even have the guts to call me back with any kind of update. Don't persue these guys if you actually want respected and to get something done. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
