Bob did a fantastic job and was quick to reply and showed up on time, cleaned up after trimming trees and was extremely pleaseant to work with, as well as priced fairly. Such a good guy and I highly recommend him.

I got about 6 quotes from local companies to remove two ponytail palms. Tree and Palm Service was by far the cheapest (about half the cost of their competitors)!

These palms were very close to my house and sprinklers so most companies added on cost to repair the sprinkler too, but Bob said it was included. Furthermore, grinding and hauling debris away was included in the price too!

I was also confused about calling 811 before digging since I didn't know where any buried lines were, but Bob handled that too.

I highly recommend Bob for doing great work at low cost!

Bob is a hard worker and a good guy. He gave me an estimate over the phone after I sent him a photo of a 35-40 foot palm tree I wanted removed. He showed up a couple hours later and took it down in about 2 hours, took the debris away and returned to chip out the stump.
He did a great job. It is a tight space to get equipment into and out of and the tree was right next to a fence. No damage at all and he cleaned everything up nice. I highly recommend Bob and will call him again if I need more 'tree work' done. Thanks again Bob!

We had a very good experience with Bob and his crew. They came out on a Tuesday to give an estimate and were able to get the work done on Thursday. Reasonable price and no surprises. Left the area clean the way they found it. Will definitely continue to work with Tree and Palm Service.

Bob is a very good communicator, every step of the project he texted me. I wasn’t able to be at my house when bob’s team started the project but he kept me updated every step of the way.

From looking at the photos he sent to me it looks like he left the job cleaned then when he started.

Along with trimming a number of palm trees in my yard, he removed a very large dead palm tree and stump in my yard grinding it level to the ground. Excellent work!

I made an appointment two weeks in advance and even changed my appointments for that day to accommodate his request to complete the work in the early morning before it got hot. The day before the appointment he decided without discussing it with me that he would come at 1:30 instead of 7:30am. Once again I changed my plans to accommodate his schedule. He did not show up at 1:30 and did not bother to call until 3:00 to tell me he would be late. I told him I would schedule another day. It was a polite attempt on my part to step away and not do business with him. He called at 9:30 the following morning and wanted to do the work right away. I thought he was making an effort to make up for his inconveniencing me the previous day. Once again schedules were changed to accommodate the Tree Barber. He did manage to show up but only to tell me that it would cost me twice as much as the agreed upon price. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Just move on to the next tree trimmer. There are plenty of them out there. I wasted my entire day off work waiting for this No Show and then when he did show up the next day he would not honor the price we agreed upon.

Thanks to Ramon and his crew, my trees are looking awesome. I'm astounded at the difference it makes to the house. Everyone was friendly, tidy, and took time to answer questions and walk me through the final results. I will definitely contact Ramon for future tree services.

I give this company more than 5 stars, I asked for Ramon to come out and give me an estimate and he came out the very next day. I called 3 other companies and 1 came out and didn't give the estimate on everything I needed done. I called that company again and they never came back. Ramon called me the next day and said he had time on Wednesday which was yesterday and they were so awesome. Please use this family business. Marti

Mr. Ramon and his team were efficient. I had many questions to better understand the tree removal and pruning process. Mr. Ramon was patient and informative. The tree was worst than anticipated but they still did a great job!

Affordable and excellent service! Friendly people, excellent tree trimming, fast and prompt service and excellent clean-up. Just make sure the job is complete because if they need to come back to finish something, you won't see them again.

Ramon and his team have been trimming my many trees for about 4 or 5 years. He is dependable, but most importantly he does a beautiful job every time. He has never disappointed me. We lived in this house for 20 years, I wish I had found him 20 years ago because I had some really bad professionals that charged me way too much for shabby work. Called yesterday and discussed what I needed. They showed up at 8am the next day and trimmed all 5 of my queen palms for a reasonable price and took extra care not to damage my heavily landscaped yard! Great job!

Ramon and his very skilled workers have been on the apartment complex grounds the past few weeks here at the Harlow. They have taken overgrown oak trees that have been left to brush the buildings and hang down onto the cars below it and turned them into good looking trees again. Nothing brushing up against the building for pests climb up and onto the roof. Excellent work by people who care. Even though they were everywhere, they were never in the way. Always kind and courteous and professional. They are the best crew I have seen here so far for trimming our trees.
