Destroyed my property (broke a window) and refuses to pay

When calling to inquire for business I was immediately shut down with a “NO!” I get it’s a lawn mowing company but not sure how the lack of professionalism keeps them in business.

Called about cost of firewood. Just got fast talking BS and NO price, then hung up. No thanks, I will go down the street to get mine. Clean your act up, if yo want any business.

Kevin and his family were all very friendly with great wood. I'll never go to another place to get firewood!

Owner was very nice,got oak wood for smoker,glad they're back open,they cut their wood small enuff too fit nicely in my Firebox on my smoker,very reasonable,

We have used them a number of times. I have a GIANT pine taken out of the yard, also a small pine, a grapefruit tree and a very tall palm. The work was done completely and with no hassles. Job well done!

These guys showed up after hurricane Sally in Pensacola. They did honest work at fair prices to remove many downed and damaged trees in the yard. Glad they came over to help us out!

These boys are the truth! drove around the last hour trying to find wood, grew up in the neighborhood and came down to visit family and almost forgot about these boys until I googled them, Showed up in my challenger and they filled my trunk damn near, very respectful and solid cats. Hooked me up.

Kevin and his team have done a fabulous job for us on several occasions, including removing a huge grove of tall bamboo. Great service, very caring. Full disclosure: they are also neighbors and friends.

I am a first time home owner and new to many things home maintenance. I hired this company to prune my palm trees, discussed a price and they began work. Since then I've had them come out 3 times over 3 years to perform the same work. Recently I've had trouble scheduling them for service so I began looking elsewhere and have had 3 arborists come to my home and tell me that 'spikes' were used to scale the tree which in turn has caused 2 of my 3 palms to decay from the inside out. Spikes are attached to shoes allowing someone to climb a tree, these spiked shoes put a couple dozen big, deep holes in all my trees leaving them susceptible to diseases. I've been told that in a matter of years my beautiful palms will be dead. I'd expect a company to inform their clients of the dangers of using spikes on live, thriving trees before conducting work. I'm very disappointed.

Was on the hunt for firewood, located Trees by Kevin as a nearby location.
I was able to drive over, they loaded my trunk and I was on my way.

Nothing quite like the smell of of oak logs in your trunk to put you in the mood for a camp fire and marshmallows!

Was considering hiring this business to remove a old oak very close to my house. Recieved a quote, met with the father Dale Dyer and agreed the process would get started. I asked for a copy of their Ins coverage, licence, and bonded papers to be sent to me. Never sent, then for 5 days left messages and wrote an email to both father and son to have no response via email or phone. Would not recommend!

Fast, reasonable and very professional. Came out the morning a hurricane was coming to remove a bad tree. Been using him for years for my yearly firewood. Great family owned business. I highly recommend.

Went to buy firewood today. I was pointed toward a shed by one of the guys working there. Up strolls a guy with a 16oz bud light in his hand. He tried to sell me junk wood from a pile near a container bin at cord prices. When I told him I didn’t want that but the wood properly cut and stacked he said he wasn’t making a deal, go to Tampa. I’m sure not the first to deal with this rude guy, but I will not return. I can’t imagine this guy is the owner. But, who running a business allows this?

Wow, this was by far and away the rudest person I have ever talked to on the phone. I simply tried to get a price for firewood and the person on the phone seemed bothered that I was calling and would never give me a straight answer to how much the firewood cost or how it is priced. He ended up putting me down and hanging up the phone on me. There are plenty of other places in Pinellas County to buy firewood. Please go to a place that actually wants your business and will treat you with respect.

Just got firewood today 1/28/2022. I should have checked before I got home but I figured since the wood was well seasoned last year, it would be seasoned this year too.... They literally had a pile of wood and loading up people left and right. Again, I felt no need to check it before I got home.
Unloaded it out of my car and it's wet. Like sizzling water out of the logs in my fireplace. Not burning well at all. There's really no way to bring it back since I've already unloaded, stacked, and started using it. I just figured I'd point that out to anyone else that might be going to buy some. I'd post a picture of my fireplace loaded with logs that aren't burning but it won't let me. Lesson learned. I'll be skipping them from now on.

I had a very large tree removed and they did a great job.
on time, responsive, and professional.
there was a minor issue with a fence, and they came by the very next day to fix it. really happy with the experience.
