We just switched property maintenance companies because our last company wasn't meeting our expectations for our commercial property . From the initial call, meeting Matt in person, invoice process to their property maintenance. We are very pleased with their professionalism, knowledge, communication and work. Kudos to you and your team, Matt!

Buyer beware.... This company we hired a year ago and six months into his contract the work started going downhill. We gave him pictures and notice we were not happy. The poor work continued. We gave him a six week cancellation and he demands he gets paid in advance and he didn't show up the last two weeks, but got paid for the service. I would not recommend this company due to they did not provide the service they were paid for.

Matt and his team were amazing! We had a hurricane, tornado watches and the city kept shutting off my water due to a water main repair. But they kept showing up when they could, in between disasters lol, and my backyard is finally finished!! Could not be more happy with the results 😊 highly recommend these masters of their craft!!

Wow!! Matt resolved the mystery of my disappearing landscape when numerous 'experts' I hired failed. He effectively repaired a difficult dirt void and is renovating my backyard into a relaxing oasis. I spent a few days in Dunedin on a recent visit to my sister’s winter home and had the pleasure to watch this company as they removed a large, dangerous oak that was hanging over her house. The team carefully removed the hazard with the precision of heart surgeons. It was very evident that these guys really enjoy and take pride in the work they do. The stump was huge and I watched as they ground not only the stump but every root to assure that it wouldn’t disrupt the patio and lanai that will go in that spot. Professional all the way!

We had an ENORMOUS tree (that was 90 percent hanging over the house) taken down. What an amazing process and amazing team!! It took two solid days (no lunch breaks either!) to get the tree down, wood cut up, stump ground up etc. The guys were so terrific that my husband felt compelled to tip each of the crew!! We'd give them ten stars if we could.

In addition to our front yard renovation last year, we recently had Matt and team complete our backyard renovation, which including adding a 600 sq ft paver patio, a 600 sq ft (60x10) bocce court, an artificial turf putting green with a fringe, and new sod in the remaining area, along with activating two new sprinkler zones. He also planted an Alexander double palm, along with 10 Areca palms and other plantings around the perimeter and the patio. It came out fantastic. Added some before and after photos.

As with any major project, there are always some surprises, but Matt and team dealt with the issues in a very professional manner. The biggest challenge of all was with the sprinkler system. Once the new zones were activated, the pump was unable to draw sufficient water from the well, since the valves kept getting clogged with sediment due to the recent drought-like conditions. Matt spent two long days replacing all the valves, install a filter on the inlet, and rerouting the manifold PVC, and charged me a very fair price for all that unexpected work. The system is now working like a charm!

Front Yard Renovation
Matt and his team did a fantastic job on our front yard renovation project. After cutting down some trees and clearing out the old growth in both the back and front yards, Matt worked with us to come up with a design for the front yard that would fit out budget (three rounds), and we're very pleased with the results. He fixed the broken sprinkler system pipes, dug out much of the sand, spread fresh loom and sod, with landscape rock and bushes around the front and side of the house, with a nice double palm in the front! He also laid down limestone screening on the left side to clean things up.
