Same day service; professional; great prices; the tech Derek took before and after photos of his work and took the time to explain my HVAC system in detail while diagnosing the problem within minutes. I highly recommend you give them a call.

Kneau was awesome. On my thermostat issue he found why it was happening that wasn’t caught in March of this year. Very respectful, awesome manners and asked if there was anything that he could help me with since I had a procedure done the day before and I couldn’t use my right arm.
I will definitely be asking to have him come out and service my air conditioner at all times.

Our cooling in our unit stopped working. Aspen got in contact with me after I had shared we were having issues. She was SO quick and responsive when it came to getting all my information, verifying warranty and sending out our estimate. She was beyond helpful and I’m so thankful for her help. Mark called to verify all the information/diagnosis with my husband and a tech was sent out the very next day. Derek was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Aspen and her team prices are so fair and don’t take advantage. 10/10 recommend for all your services !!

I’m very eager to work with this company! Derek came out to give me a quote, and it was significantly lower than others I’ve received. He clearly explained the issue and also walked me through how their company serves as a true one-stop shop for home needs. I think that’s genius, and it really sets them apart.

He & his partner were very professional. He showed me the damage to the dryer duct hose & suggested a replacement.

Took them only 7 visits to fix a minor electrical issue. Refused me to speak to a high enough person to resolve. Once I received name it almost got taken care of.Their techs had major safety concerns. Did not check in with us on arrival. Went to roof tripped wires to break power.We could have reset breaker downstairs as we did not know they were on roof.Two times they did this. Have the worst chain of command I have ever seen. The men wanted to fix that came but some did not do electrical they tried others that came wanted to fix but office said no. It is I think repaired. Hope to put my eyes on it soon.

ATTENTION all Quarters owners - do not subscribe to their annual maintenance program - it includes ac, electrical, and plumbing. It sounds like an absolutely amazing deal, but their technicians are dishonest and will create problems for you to repair. They will charge you commercial rates for the simplest things. My AC / HVAC system was working for over 6 years without a single issue. Twice a year, I had it inspected and serviced for basic maintenance from my previous AC company. Since Revolution offered such an amazing deal, I decided to give them a try.... After their technicians visited for the initial maintenance and inspection, my ac stopped working altogether. Their technician came over and almost knew exactly what the issue was and claimed that my air handler cover was loose, and it was tampered with. He mentioned there were multiple issues and it would cost ~ 700 in repairs. The diagnostic was completed in a few mins...I politely ask him to leave, going back to my original AC company. I also cancelled their annual service. As real estate investor, I have worked with many home service providers, I don't trust their technicians. You get what you pay for, if it's too good to be true, there's usually a catch. Lesson learned.
