Janitorial reviews in Clearwater, Florida

Great company! Wonderful opportunity to obtain your own franchise and succeed!

not happy getting cold called, then the gentleman was rude. Then called their home office in Clearwater and receptionist was too busy to take my call.

Love em, they do a fantastic job

Great company to work with. Thank you Jani king for helping me grow my business and being a successful franchise owner.

My employees do a dirty job which they sometimes bring back to our building. Eddie Frias/Jani King do a great job of cleaning everything up.

It has been a great opportunity for me to have my own business and manage my own time. They have been so supportive in helping me grow my business and answering all my questions.

Excellent customer service and thorough cleaning. Would recommend

After graduating college I decided to invest in Jani King and become a franchise owner. Not only does Jani King live up to their words, they exceed expectations and has helped me grow my business. It’s been a great 2 years and many more to come!

Jani King always does a great job in keeping up with all the different events, our aquarium public areas and staff messes. The floor crew are wonderful, from vinyl to carpet!! Alfredo is excellent to work with!

Eddie Frias and his team have been cleaning our office facility for many years. They are very punctual and do a great job at keeping our heavily used office space (4,000 sq. Ft.) in tip top condition. Eddie and his team can truly be described as detail oriented and often go above and beyond the normal scope of work. Highly recommended... Jason (Tredit Tire & Wheel)

Bought a Cleaning Franchise through them in 2009 and it was by far the worst investment ever! So many office workers come and go people dont respond right away to your help desk calls, and the fees are crazy when they take out the deduction for the fees it just doesn't add up we are like their employees but we pay our on taxes and do all the paperwork. Like you are an independent contractor not an owner of a business and they have people come in and inspect your work. It was an overall bad experience! We had more loss than profit at the end of the year!
