I rarely post reviews, but in this case I want others to have an idea of who they are getting involved with.

Chapman failed to follow simple instructions, killed our brand new sod, so we fired them after one week of service. We offered to pay for one week or 1/4 of the month, makes sense right? Linda Chapman is now demanding a full months payment after only mowing our grass one time. She demands that we pay $130 for mowing...no weed control, no cleanup, no shrub maintenance, nothing that was listed on our agreement. Yet we still offered to pay for one week of service and Linda Chapman refused to accept payment; she continues to harass us, still sending ridiculous emails, even after being asked several times to stop. I've had to block her and all Chapman contacts just to stop being harassed. Extremely unprofessional for a so-called business owner.

Always had dependable service from Chapman Lawn. The owner met with me on my lawn needs and wrote up a detailed plan which they continually delivered on service. Able to pay online, easy to communicate with and fair.

Chapman came to the office today to service the lawn, broke the window in my vehicle. I called their office and Dane came out and took a look at it. He said there is no proof his crew broke the window so he is not taking responsibility. And of course he spoke to the crew and they deny anything. Make sure you check your property before they leave, any damage would not be their fault if you do not catch them in the act. 2/25/22 Linda Chapman has made arrangements to take care of the cost of the broken window.

Do not do business with Linda and Joe!! The following are some of the issues I had over the 6 months of using their landscaping company. I gave them chance after chance to prove they are a legitimate operation and now I regret trusting them. They currently owe me hundreds of dollars for automatic withdrawals they made on my card without completing the services that were agreed upon. They ran my card for $500.00 before they even did my first cut. Mind you I had to call to find out when they were going to start. Red flags everywhere but thought surely they wouldn’t keep money for services they did not complete. I was wrong. My flower beds were rarely touched after Joe promised me his wife would personally be assigned to making them look “so nice the neighbors would be asking who I use” (not only did she rarely show up but I had to constantly remind the landscape crew that my flower beds were included in my services). They left large portions of my lawn uncut due to claiming they cannot get their feet wet. Later I spoke to Linda and she claimed they can get their feet wet. They charged me for multiple months of a fertilization/pest control spray treatment that was completed once. When following up with why they have not returned, the company they contracted out to do the service claimed not only am I not on their list for a bi-monthly treatment but it is not even a service they are allowed to complete by law during the months of June 1 - Sept 1st. Yet Linda and Joe continued the automatic debit. They even broke a light and never brought it to my attention nor offered to replace it. When confronting the company over their repeated dishonest business practices and broken promises, they “fired” me as a client. Luckily I had the bank block their attempts to pull any more money from my account. The following month I received notification that even though we ended our business relationship and they owe me for multiple incomplete services, they again tried to continue to withdraw money. Never use Chapman “Professional” Lawn Maintenance!!

Thanks Chapman's for the excellent service I received today during the cleanup and re-landscaping of my courtyard today! The guys were professional, detailed and very pleasant to deal with. After calling 4 companies with only 2 responses, I am so satisfied with my decision. Shout out to Dane for making sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Even in the throws of this epidemic Chapman handled the beautification and grading of our yard wonderfully. Highly skilled and detail oriented team came in earlier than expected, treated our home as if they lived there, as well as executed skill and a keen sense of integrity throughout. They left the property clean as well as giving me back a sense of pride. Not only will we definitely use them again but have already begun the plans for next year's projects with them.

Chapman's Professional Lawn Maintenance is the best lawn service around! Not only do they have 50 years of experience and knowledge of lawn maintenance. Grass, shrubs, trees, bushes, flowers etc but they are NICE, PROFESSIONAL, KIND AND GOOD HEARTED FAMILY. I checked my camera footage and they have been spending 4-8 mins per week on my property.

My service agreement includes trimming and maintaining plants shrubs and the small amount of grass we have.

One week the camera shows they just blew things around for 4 mins then left.

I’ve been asking them each week to trim my shrubs and they haven’t been, camera shows that most weeks like today they didn’t even step into my front yard. I got sick of waiting for them to trim so I trimmed myself then asked them to just take the trimmings - which the guy said he would and then didn’t. I called to complain and the owner said it was my fault, said they weren’t responsible and my requests for trimming aren’t reasonable. That’s when I checked my camera footage and found out what a complete and utter rip off and poor service I’ve been getting.

I have nothing but good things to say about Chapman’s! I was referred from a friend and have been happy with the service. Staff are friendly to me and my pups which is a plus. Easy to communicate with and reasonable prices! Definitely recommend!

Chapman's lawn company is a lawn company you can trust. They are always courteous and on time and communicative when other lawn companies usually are not. Usually I never know if they'll come by to landscape. They do great work. Highly recommend
