Tom showed up on a Saturday within thirty minutes of my call. He diagnosed the issue and cleared a clogged drain in twenty minutes. He was very professional and gave me a reasonable price. I highly recommend the Bearded Plumber.

Our sewage line was backing up and my dad and I were having a really tough day trying to deal with it ourselves but to no avail. The Bearded Plumber guys came out right away and heroically saved the day. They had the right equipment and the know-how to get through the clog quickly and efficiently, even though it was in a challenging spot. Not only that, the guys were super courteous and pleasant. We were really impressed with The Bearded Plumber and would absolutely recommend their services.

Bearded Plumber did an amazing job helping us through a very difficult situation with our water heater warranty. The warranty company initially tried everything possible to avoid replacing the unit and gave us many excuses. However, Jake and Tom from Bearded Plumber truly went above and beyond, they fought for us and stayed committed until the warranty replacement was finally approved.

We truly could not have resolved this without their persistence, professionalism, and dedication. With God’s mercy opening the doors, they were able to help us get the warranty replacement approved, and we are extremely grateful for their honesty and support throughout the entire process.

I highly recommend Bearded Plumber not only for their excellent work but also for the way they stand by their clients and advocate for them when it really matters. Thank you, Jake and Tom!

These guys are INCREDIBLE! Really! They are competent, they show up, they know what they are doing, and they don't charge ridiculous prices. They are also solid people, trustworthy and down to earth! So glad I found them. Note: Family owned and operated, local, they're on their second generation. If you need a plumber, these guys are the best. There's a reason they have so many 5-star reviews!!! Amazing service! Craig & David knew exactly what to check for based on our issues. They explained and showed us what they were doing the whole time and gave us tips on how to keep it from happening again. It was a great price for the work and knowledge. They will definitely be our go to plumbers from now on!

On top of that, they were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines quality work, fair pricing, and great customer service but they absolutely delivered. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling again for any future plumbing needs!

Terrible experience, the communication in the beginning should have been the red flag. They said they would be out that afternoon, didn’t show and I had to follow up. I also tried reaching out to explain what was being requested, basically I couldn’t run a bath without the water also coming out of the shower. The technician ordered some part, we waited, they came out and replaced a part and invoiced us. I paid the invoice and then realized that the issue still occurred when I went to run the bath. The owner said that his notes showed I wanted a part replaced and they did that. I was like I wanted my problem corrected and was told the part had to be replaced. He said he would come out, I even got a text the day of saying they were 15 minutes out and nobody showed and now that I’ve complained the owner said he refuses to come back to my house because I said “I’m frustrated”. Now, they haven’t completed the work and did not refund me for whatever they did do. I had another plumber come out, paid him, problem is gone and he said the people that were there before replaced something that wasn’t the issue and essentially did nothing.
