Scotto's installed my water softener 7 years ago and I called for a checkup including any needed servicing. The service rep, Dale, arrived on time and inspected the unit including the water hardness and told me that everything looked to be in very good shape and that my unit was working perfectly with regard to hardness versus softness of the water. Because no service was needed, I was not charged for the call. I will continue to use the company for future plumbing related needs.

Ryan and James did 3 things for us -- fixed a shower leak, installed a new touchless kitchen faucet, and installed a new dual vanity (replacing a single vanity). They were extremely professional and also very pleasant. When there was a small issue with vanity, they came out the next morning and fixed it quickly. This was the first time we needed a plumber in Belleair Beach, and we won't hesitate to call Scotto's the next time. Thank you!

We called Scotto for an estimate for a gas line installation estimate for a house generator and tankless water heater. The appointment was easy to schedule, and the tech showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and helped us make informed decisions. The only reason for a 4 star review, is it's been over a week and we still don't have the estimate. It was promised to be delivered by email the next day.
