Reviews of local pros in Clearwater, Florida

Air conditioner and compressor were over 25 years old and very inefficient. I was having problems with the drain because it was not done according to code. It was necessary to install an evacuation pump to handle the drainage.
The crew who did this were super efficient, very informative, very professional, explained everything to me, and polite.
Thanks for a job well done. Highly recommend Ervin Air, Inc. PS veterans, he will treat you right.

Jeremy was fantastic from start to finish. He was able to accurately locate a leak underneath our concrete slab using a pressurized acoustic test, which was incredibly impressive. Once identified, he carefully jackhammered the floor to access the issue.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain what he was doing and making sure everything was handled properly.

Highly recommend this company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future leak detection needs.
