First time customer here, well never got to be a first time customer, since they were no show no call for my appointment. Took off from work, moved all my child care needs around to accommodate they only appointment.. One hour after the window had closed, did I finally contact them. I was told that emergency calls came in.And they prioritized those customers over me. In other words, they took the higher money calls. When I told them how inappropriate their customer service was, and they should have called, they scheduled me for an appointment eight weeks out without my consent. When I stated absolutely not, I don't want to work with you anymore.Still no apology, just a reply of canceled. Great way to get new business.
