I used Encore Appliance Repair for my dryer that was given me some issues and I was not disappointed. He was on time, efficient and very professional. The technician was very cordial and professional. He diagnosed the problem which was a fan motor and due to the time 6pm he had to pick up the part in the morning and came back and replaced it in a timely manner. He always called prior to his arrival and was either on time or a little early.
I will definitely use this company again if and when we need further repairs.

Needed a dryer repair. Contacted the office. They had to order a part. Very responsive They actually came out at 5 o’clock on a Friday night and had to spend several hours making the repair.

I highly recommend Encore appliance repair. When my refrigerator began leaking overnight, they were availablr for a next day appointment. All prices were up front and service was very professional.

Our ge profile refrigerator had failed while we were on vacation. Encore appliance was called to evaluate the situation. Jonas, our service tech gave us an estimate. We agreed and Jonas began to work on the unit. To his credit he worked 7 hours on new years Eve to make the repairs. The next day, temperatures in refrigerator had not dropped band unit was not working. I texted Jonas and he offered to come over on Sunday afternoon to make things right. We agreed to wait until Monday at which time he worked on the unit, found an additional issue, made the repair band unit now is operating properly. Jonas is to be given credit for working hard to resolve the problem and for his willingness to work until the customer was satisfied. Thank you Jonas .

Jonas arrived between the designated time of arrival. He looked at the refrigerator and knew exactly what was wrong with it. He advised he would come back the same day. He took care of my ice maker with no problem. Great company, glad I found him at Encore Appliance.

Our problem was time critical (refrigerator malfunctioning). Call was returned immediately, Technician was here same day. Part was needed, but temporary fix was set up to avoid further food loss.
Repair completed next day.

Repair Tech Jonas, very honest and informative about what was going on with my clothes dryer after analyzing the problem. I appreciate him, that fact that he let me know there was no problem with the dryer. It was an electrical issue going on. Not enough current to get the dryer to turn on properly and function. It's nice to see, that there are still honest repairmen out there in the field. Thank You so much, Jonas!

Technician was on time. Well mannered.
