Steven was an excellent irrigation specialist to help adjust my sprinkler system. Our Montverde FL house in Willow Ridge is a new build and needed some tweaks to keep the grass growing. He also capped off some of the system for a pool build. Great work. Steven was on time and responsive. 5 star service. Thanks.

We all have our own Vision of Paradise. For irrigation help I turned to Robert with Paradise Landscaping who worked with my existing irrigation system and helped me get closer to realizing my own garden of Eden. Kudos to the professionalism, organization and friendly staff of Paradise Landscaping. I highly recommend them.

Last year I used Paradise Landscaping and Irrigation to repair my sprinkler system. The tech, Rob, did a great job. This week I called them for some new sprinkler repair work and I was happy to see that Rob was again sent out. As always Rob did great work. Very knowledgable, quick and explained the problem and what was needed to fix it. I will continue to use Paradise Landscaping and Irrigation for all my landscaping needs.

Paradise landscaping redid my fenced in backyard recently. I had a few major points: redo the grass, remove the large bush and a couple trees from my yard, add jasmine plants, pavers, add some lighting, and add another small tree. Overall, I’m happy with most of the work they did (they did leave my new grass uneven, but mostly fixed it when prompted). There was definitely some collateral damage from the work though. Their team repeatedly parked on the grass outside of the fenced in area to the extent that the grass all got pretty mottled by their truck. The other outside areas got a little mottled by their tools and machines going in and out. They agreed to mulch over about half of it. I understand outside the fence wasn’t in their scope, but that means they should’ve left it as they found it, not destroyed it. They left a mess, and they broke my fence gate worse than it was already broken, and they kept leaving empty water bottles in the backyard. There was also a communication issue I can’t seem to figure out. When they arrived, I told them I had trellises coming in for the Jasmine the next day and their lead said “that’s fine, we’ll put them together”, then the next day when I gave them the trellises, he said “I didn’t know you had trellises. They took us 2.5 hours to assemble” I reminded him that I had told him the day before, and he said “yeah but I didn’t know.” I question how else I was supposed to make sure he knew. Also keep in mind it took me alone 5 minutes to assemble 2 of them, and they had 15 to assemble and 2 people, it really shouldn’t have taken more than 20 minutes.

At the end of the day, I’m happy with my backyard, and that’s what matters. Paradise was reasonably priced, but I can’t say for sure I’d use them again.

Update 8/27: Jon stopped by to look at the yard a little after I posted, and he ended up bringing his team back. He supervised all the work they did on their return. Not only did he fix my concerns, but he also identified other items that he wasn’t happy with and fixed those as well AND he paid for someone to completely fix my fence gate issue. I couldn’t be happier with his team’s updated work. It’s really obvious that he cares about the quality that his team is delivering and wants to give a good customer experience.

I had an irrigation issue, and found this company from a Facebook group I am part of. It was easy to make an appointment within a few days time and they came out and was able to fix my issues within the hour. The service tech Melody was friendly and answered all of my questions. Definitely would recommend.

Seriously 10/10 recommend them! Brad came out to quote our job and was super nice and thorough. They were able to install our sprinkler system very quickly and did a great job.

Robert did an awesome repair job and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him and would appreciate his service again in the future.

Paradise Landscaping, from start to finish, has been incredible, but it's really the story about after the project was completed that has made a lasting effect on us. We recently worked with their team for a great French drain system, but soon after we were noticing that some basins had standing water and others had a pile of sand. Walter came out to take a look and he was so kind, walked me through the situation, opened them all up and went above and beyond to fix all our concerns. He took the time to answer all of my questions so that we could help maintain the life of our system into the future. As long as we live in Florida we will be Paradise customers because of how well they care for their clients. And a big thank you to Walter, I truly appreciate you! - Katie

I hired Paradise Landscaping to revamp our backyard along our fence. Clay, Josh and Robert did a phenomenal job, were detailed oriented and extremely polite and professional. I’m thrilled with the results.

Highly recommend Paradise. There are so many landscaping companies out there that it can be difficult to choose, but with these guys you can be confident that the job will get done the right way. After meeting with a couple other companies, we were really impressed with Jordan when he came out for our initial consultation. He listened attentively and his design captured our vision for our yard. After we locked in they were able to exceed the estimated timeline for completion which we were very happy with. When we had questions after the project completed the owner himself, John, got involved and ensured any concerns were immediately addressed. Thanks guys!

We recently purchased a home in Minneola and the front yard needed a lot of work (old shrubs, rotting palm tree stump and poor rock placement). I reached out to the team at Paradise and they were nothing but phenomenal! From Jon coming out multiple times for consultation and to the landscapers: Ben, Tommy, Austin and Rob, they were nothing by but professional timely and well within our budget. They completed the job on time (two days) and kept me looped in all the way. The front yard looks fantastic!!! They removed all of the old shrubs, the stump and replaced the rocks. They installed new shrubs, a tree and put in sod. We couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out and can’t wait for everything to set. Would definitely rehire them for future landscaping and highly recommend them!

Update after 1 week: Unfortunately the sod that was put down died a few days after laying it down. I contacted Jon at Paradise and he had someone, Melody, out later that day to inspect. Melody recalibrated the sprinkler system and set up an order to replace the sod. The next morning, Kelvin and Team 2 came out with new sod, replaced and double checked the sprinkler system. The new sod is greener and healthier than the old sod and looks fantastic. Really appreciate how communicative Paradise has been and how quickly they followed up to make sure everything was done right!

Technician Brad was sent promptly by Paradise Landscaping and Irrigation to address some watering concerns in my yard. He found two leaks in the bubbler line and changed out two heads to reach some dry patches in the yard that the previous heads were missing due to strength of pressure. Brad was very thorough listening to my concerns and explaining different solutions. He even offered a reasonable maintenance program for quarterly, monthly check ups. The company is A+++++. They offer many ways to pay as well. I appreciate the knowledge and diligence of Brad.

We are far more than only 'satisfied' with the landscaping work that Jonathan and his crew did for us. We started with a simple hand drawn landscape layout of our needs and Paradise wrote a fair estimate/quote which became the agreed to contract for their work. Paradise employees worked extremely hard day after day in all the summer heat to finish the job. In the end, their workmanship was exceptional and Jonathan himself personally reviewed the results. We were looking to create a backyard space for teens and young adults with unique abilities to have a safe place to play and learn. Jon and his team went above and beyond to make it happen. Their communication and knowledge was very professional. They were a pleasure to work with and had this job completed in a short amount of time. In addition, they helped create a gardening area and a memorial area for a loved one who recently passed.
