Constraction reviews in Coconut Creek, Florida

This is the second time we used D’Amico’s painting and will most definitely use him again. They did a fabulous paint job on our house. The men were very professional, respected our property by covering up fans, awnings, speakers, lights etc. His prices were very fair and all items in his contract were completed. I highly recommend this company.

If I could give zero stars I would.

Bob, or someone from their office, contacted me two days before my appointment to change it due to a rush job that they had taken. I was unable to change to a different day as I had taken a day off to get this estimate. In the communication, I was never once given a name.

I was pushed aside for another job. I feel this is completely unacceptable. I wonder how this business has any clients at all expect those who need “emergency rush jobs”.

In my communication with whomever it was, I offered other times on the same day. They declined and stated they would not be able to make it at any time on the day that was scheduled. My appointment had been scheduled for weeks.

I DO NOT recommend.

D’Amico’s Custom Painting & Pressure cleaning offer an excellent service. They previously painted our interior house and recently completed the exterior. Greg was thorough while helping me choose colors that best matched my pre existing windows and doors. They were on time, clean and went over everything with me from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company due to professionalism and quality of work. Thank you!

D'Amico's did a great job painting the exterior of our house. They were friendly, fast, and cleaned up everything when they finished. I would highly recommend them for any painting job.

It’s rare these days to find a company that truly stands the test of time, but that’s exactly what I found with D’Amico’s. I first heard of them nearly three decades ago when they painted my parents’ home, and now—all these years later—I had the pleasure of hiring them again to paint the exterior of my own single-family home.

From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. I called and left a message about needing exterior painting, and shortly after, I received a call back to schedule a free quote. Greg, the owner, personally came out to do the walk-around and provide the hand written quote, which was not only extremely reasonable, but also reflected a commitment to high-quality materials and true craftsmanship. Nothing was overlooked in the scope of the job.

When the work began, a crew of three arrived—punctual, professional, tidy, and focused. Their communication was clear and consistent throughout, and their meticulous attention to detail was apparent every step of the way. Again, nothing was missed—they went above and beyond.

The final result? Absolutely stunning. My home looks incredible—better than I imagined—and the entire process was smooth, respectful, and positive from start to finish. It’s not every day you get to revisit a local company after 20+ years and have the experience surpass even your fondest memories.

I couldn’t recommend D’Amico’s more highly. Good vibes, A++ service. 100% satisfied.

I am so pleased that we chose D'Amico's to paint our home and pressure clean our roof. Their attention to detail and all of the steps they take to ensure quality service was impressive and helps you understand how they have been in business for 30 years. Greg came out to give a quote and also a thorough inspection once the work was done. The pricing was extremely reasonable especially considering how much they included in their process. Rodrigo and the team that came out to paint were quick, efficient and super friendly. I cannot recommend D'Amico's enough! We have already received several compliments from neighbors on the beautiful job they did. :)
