They did an amazing job after I recently moved into a new home. Hardworking and super nice staff. Very good pricing for the service. They went above and beyond, cleaning things I’d never have thought to ask for.

I have never utilized a cleaning service because I thought I was exceptional at cleaning. I have been humbled! Easy to book, the cleaner was very sweet and thorough, and my house looks like a hotel. I have been going through a health transition and really needed help getting my place tidy up. I contacted them on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to get someone for the following day. It was so refreshing to walk back into my house and not find a single thing to complain about. I am one who enjoys cleaning and almost always will find a negative but to be honest I couldn’t and I really appreciate the service. I will be using them again!

When you hire a cleaning company you never know what to expect . Well this company is professional uniforms . Sweetest cleaning crew and the little details sets them apart from the rest. My laundry cleaned and put away . My bathrooms all have special folds in the toilet paper a ribbon or knot . Just little touches like that feel like your on a chartered yacht it's that type of service . j had these girls trained amazing . Cleaning is not surface cleaning these girls move things and the house is spotless and smells amazing . The professionalism and on time is uncommon in south Florida . When they leave no laundry has is impeccable and you can tell the house was professionally cleaned . I highly recommend this cleaning service . I give them an A+. J The owner is an OG,. Today is the day after having my condo cleaned by So Clean. It was a "move in/out" clean. I'm blown away by the incredible job they did. I was a bit nervous when only 1 woman showed up, but she did a better job than if a 5 person team came to clean! I highly recommend this service!!

Writing this review on behalf of my parents! We hired SoClean to clean their vacation home, which they haven't been able to visit in over 2 years because of the pandemic. We wanted to get the house cleaned a few days before they were due to arrive and decided to go with their deep clean service and they did a phenomenal job. From my mom: Just got in the house yesterday and the ladies did an amazing and professional job at cleaning the house!! Thank you so much! You now have a new customer whenever the need arises and will spread the word out!

I used to use this company religiously for a little over a year, but after several times during the last few months that I’ve use them, management has completely changed their professionalism.

First and foremost, the cleaning professionals do a great job for the most part. I have a medium sized home, no kids, no pets – just my husband and I. I never questioned the price of cleaning because the service was always properly done, but this last time I used So Clean, Jordanna felt the need to over charge me for a service that was not rendered.

So Clean had not visited my home in about three months because I had tested positive for Covid-19, but I was still cleaning my home periodically. When the last time I was scheduled, Jordana felt it was necessary to charge me for a deep cleaning, yet the window sills, which is technically part of a deep cleaning, were not touched ; I’ve attached the photos for reference.

In addition, I was told that the cleaning professional spent “extra hours” at my home and therefore was also a reason she decided to charge more. On previous occasions, there were TWO cleaning professionals so obviously the cleaning time would be cut in half. This last time, Renata was servicing my home by herself.

Not only did she claim she spent extra hours at my home, one of the rooms and bathrooms she cleaned was empty (no furniture as my tenant had just moved out). On other occasions, she just charged me less and she’s cleaned my studio WITH furniture.

I have always given a very generous gratuity to the cleaning ladies, not only directly to the owner via payment but occasionally would leave cash tip on the counter for them. Again, I don’t think it’s an issue with the cleaning professionals themselves, rather management would rather take advantage of loyal clients and increase their prices just because they felt like it.

They are clean and efficient, very professional and super trustworthy. On the holidays they are leaving us treats and cards, today I came home and there was a Thanksgiving card for myself and my family. They are true professionals. I would recommend them to anyone
