Installers arrived on time, finished in the time promised, and upon completion cleaned up the work area.
The office staff was professional and courteous.

SJS Mechanical might have saved our lives! We had a problematic air conditioner from a botched installation of a new air conditioner just over a year ago. The installers convinced us to pay the additional extended maintenance plan.

As soon as the labor warranty expired the AC gave us no cool, and they wanted to charge us half the price of a new AC just to fix it (even though the parts were still under warranty).

SJS came to save the day! SJS came right away, their brilliant team diagnosed the issue and worked with us to get the parts and 24 hours later we had an AC that was more powerful than when new.

I should mention that the parts we needed were out of stock for 10-14 days and SJS worked diligently with the manufacturer to get the part expedited and they performed a miracle.

It should have been impossible for them to get our AC working in 24 hours but SJS does the impossible.

I cannot recommend them enough!

Marco, the technician that came was absolutely phenomenal. He was able to rectify the problem and explain to me in depth how the humidistat and thermostat works. He tested it a few times and he gave me some great suggestions to do before leaving for any length of time. I was very comfortable with his explanation and I could see that he knew what he was talking about and understood the mechanisms.. From now on I am only going to request him to come out if I have any other issues. Ashley, in the office is was wonderful. She called me immediately back and scheduled an appointment immediately because this equipment is only a year old and I truly appreciate their Customer Service and them being there for me. I recommend them highly.

Have received nothing short of excellent customer service, system repair and eventual AC unit replacement and at a fair price. The installers were neat, professional and cleaned up after themselves in what was an approximate 6-hour job. Would highly recommend SJS Mechanical for anyone needing HVAC work.

I have experienced an ongoing leak from new installed [5/2024] Rheem AC unit for over a year; after several other diagnoses, Al @ SJS Mechanical was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I felt reassured in his confidence that the problem was resolved. I will definitely recommend this company.

I’ve been using this company for a while now, they have been accommodating, understanding , they have always been transparent, they helped me keep my AC working for a while longer since I couldn’t afford at the time a new AC finally they came on my scheduled maintenance visit and they were honest and told me it was time, they worked a good deal w me, they showed up early , trustworthy guys, Sam and Mike installed my new unit today, those dudes were amazing they worked their magic , I am beyond happy with their work, their service and normally as a single woman many companies treat you as illiterate to those things, no this guys …200% recommend!

Had these guy do a change out for me. Chris came and was out within a few hours. The quality of service was the best. I will definitely be using these guys again.
Update: had my a/c stop cooling, called in and Scottie Jr showed up and cleaned the a/c coils. A/c is working better and quieter. Great job again

It’s the usual Florida summer heat, and our AC kept getting clogged. SJS was able to come out the same day, service it, and clean out the pipes. Their pricing was very reasonable and even included maintenance every 6 months for a fraction of what other companies were charging. The technician was young, polite, and kept the area clean. I would have liked a bit more feedback on his findings, but overall, I’m happy with the service.

Marco has been servicing my A/C unit for the past three years, and he’s absolutely fantastic. He’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to any concerns I have. Most importantly, he’s extremely professional—always punctual, respectful of my home, and thorough in his work. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does. Recently started using SJS after another local AC company went out of business. SJS is very professional and prompt, much more organized than the previous company.
