Tree reviews in Coconut Creek, Florida

I’ve used Phil and his team now for over 10 years — multiple times per year. They are always reliable and thorough! They also do a great job with clean-up after they are done. I highly recommend their services.

The owner is amazing. He will make sure your job gets done in the timeframe you need it. Removing my oak tree was the most stress free portion of my driveway/landscape renovation. When he says his guys will be there to begin right at 7am they will be. His crew showed up at 6:45, set up and waited until 7am (noise ordinance) to begin. My tree was down in 7 minutes, cleaned up in 15 mins and the stomp and roots were gone within 45 minutes. By 7:45 his crew was on their way to their next job. His equipment is state of the art, high powered, and gets the job done efficiently. We have witnessed similar projects by other companies take 12 plus hours. If you want a quality job done in a timely manner by a professional who stands by his word and is reliable, go with Phil’s Expert Tree Service. They are phenomenal!

This Team Is No Joke! I expected a guy and a truck to pull up to our house but, instead we got an entourage. These dudes had the most state of the art equipment and took out my 3 story tree in an hour and 1/2. Cleaned up the spot it use to be at and were done. Plus, Phil was aces. Knows everything about permitting and laws in Fl. He treated us awesome, very polite and you can just tell he is a stand/straight shooting guy

Phil’s Expert Tree Service is the most personable, professional, and efficient company I’ve come across thus far. Not only did they come to my home and do a phenomenal job; they also did it all with a smile. Will most definitely be giving them more business in the foreseeable future.

I have used Phil's Expert Tree Service on two separate occasions for tree and stump removal. The company did a good job. There were professional and on time Couldn't tell that a tree was even in my yard. My yard was spotless when they were done on both occasions.

I have used this company twice in the past four years. They removed a huge black olive growing over my pool. Took it out with no damage to pool or screen. Recently, they grinded a bottle brush stump for me. This is a hardy woody tree that would have taken me days to do by hand. He came out with a massive grinder and took it out in 30 minutes. Cleaned up the site very well. No damage to grass or sprinklers. Will use again!!!! You must call them for a quote for all of your tree trimming or removal needs. Good crews!!!!!!

These guys are just the best in thier category of tree cutting and removal.
Have used Phil for many years and he has never disappointed. One time he finished his work before the storm was over! Honest, reliable and quick to satisfy any problems what so ever. I highly recommend this man and his company.

They did such a wonderful job with our tree. The price was very reasonable. The crew was very professional and really impressive. It was done amazingly quick and they left the yard so neat no one would ever know we had just taken down a tree. These guys are great!

Phil's the best! He's a great guy who runs a great business in a completely professional and safe manner. I would use him again, and again whenever the need comes up. He is a complete pro with decades of experience that demands safety 360 degrees around him. His family business is a delight to deal with, as I've already shared with neighbors. Thanks Phil !

We have used Phil and his team in a few different capacities. They are certified arborists which allow them to trim trees LEGALLY in Broward County specifically in Coconut Creek, Our Association has used them for years and we are beyond happy with the results. We recently engaged them on a project to remove our properties hedge line and the job was completed, debris removed, and ground cleared for new planting better than we could’ve imagined! They are honest, local and will make sure the job is done right!

I'm so thrilled with the job that Phil's Expert Tree Service did on my property. I needed tall palms trimmed and a dead tree removed. The crew was quick, and efficient and the price was very reasonable. I'd definitely hire them again.

Phil and his Team are outstanding! They went above and beyond to help clear debris and remove large tree limbs after a wind storm. They are affordable and take the responsibility for showing up when they say they will - which is far more value compared to every other service I've used in this area.

I highly recommend Phil's Tree Service and will continue to use them.

Phill and his crew took care of my trees in a professional manner. Everyone was prompt and knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The trucks and equipment looked to be up to date and well maintained. Very friendly and professional outfit. I couldn’t be happier with the job they performed on my property.

Phil and his "arbor army" showed up as promised and in force. It was an amazing display of teamwork and efficiency. This was my first time using Phil's Expert Tree Service. One call was all it took. No fuss, no muss. They trimmed several trees on my property and left the yard as neat as a pin. The trees look excellent. Superb!!!

Awesome company and awesome owner! It is literally Phil who shows up (with an experienced crew) and gets to work! He has the machinery needed to get the biggest jobs done quickly and, more important, safely! He is also a stand-up guy who will not trim a tree that doesn’t need it! He took extra dying branches off one of my big trees bc they needed to be removed to keep the tree healthy, but he also explained to me why some other branches did not need to be trimmed! This is what you get when you hire a “certified arborist” who’s been doing this for almost 40 years and really knows what he’s doing. I was also a little worried about a 500 lb branch hanging over my roof… didn’t need to worry bc they removed it without any problem at all! Can’t say enough good stuff about them!

Phil's crew came ready to work and were on time at 7:00 AM on the dot. They did great work and my trees look so much healthier. I have previously used another tree company in the past but their level of service was not close to Phil's Tree Service. His level of customer service is what this world needs more of. When I need tree work again I know who I will be calling.

This is hands down the best tree company ever. I called 11 companies for tree trimming/removal. 3 responded and only 2 actually sent quotes. Phil’s expert tree company did exactly what he said and what we agreed to. He answered his phone or promptly called me back if I had any questions. It is a breath of fresh air to work with such a professional since it’s so hard to trust and depend on companies in todays world. Phil thank you for being you. Wish I could have gave you 10 stars

January 9th, 2024.
Today we had Phil, his wife Kristen, and 3 of his crew come to our residence and remove a tall Palm Tree, an old Guava tree, and a section of bushes and shrubs. They also removed and saved a few Crotons for us to replant. Afterward, they grinded down the stumps and grinded an area where we will plant a new tree.
This is the third or fourth time we have hired Phil and his company. My wife and I are both amazed at his state of the art equipment, and the outstanding workmanship and skill of his crew.
I am certain there is no better company in this area. Phil and Kristen are genuinely friendly, and they carefully complete all the work that is agreed upon.
We highly recommend Phil's Expert Tree Removal Service. His company is the best!

Phil and his team were excellent. I had a half acre jungle overgrowth that needed to be cleared. Received multiple quotes from other companies and Phil came in competitive. Other companies mentioned it could take weeks but Phil and his team did everything in 2 days very professionally using professional equipment. His entire crew was very nice and kind to speak with and Phil himself was a pleasure to do business with. Phil and his team, in my opinion, exceeded the expectations i had. I have already and would continue to recommend.

We reached out to Phil’s a few months back to have a huge Oak tree removed. They came that day gave a quote and guided me through the Permit process. They came last week at 7am and worked all day to get it done. They did a fantastic job and we are so happy with the results. My neighbors were very impressed on how careful and cautious they were. I had got 3 quotes and they were the cheapest but quality of work was top notch. Thanks guys.

I had a great experience with Phil! I called several places for a simple job. By the time I received a response from other services, Phil had already come over to take a look. Phil and his team removed the tree, grinded the stump, and removed all the debris. They were quick, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
