I have been in the property management industry for years. Unfortunately, it is not easy to find a company with the level of responsiveness and professionalism as Servpro. If I am asked, I have to say that every property manager must have a Servpro specialist at the top of the emergency contacts. In particular, the South Miami Team. This is the kind of company that always respond on time, and their employees are really well trained, they really care about your problems.

SERVPRO was able to come to my home quickly to handle all the water damage I had. I was in a panic mode after my pipes burst, and I was happy that SERVPRO showed up quickly and efficiently. They didn't charge me extra for the late night emergency service they provided, and they were very professional. Servpro has been visiting me for a while and have established a relationship with my company. I have been able to talk to a few of the people but my main point of contact, Nohelia is very professional and knowledgeable. She would always say that they can take care of any emergencies and when I needed them for a recent flood they did not disappoint. They had created an emergency plan on how we needed to respond and how they respond to any emergency. Incredible professional prompt quality. Those are just some of the words to describe ServPro of South Miami. We had a fire sprinkler break that flooded our 5 story building. They were out within an hour of calling and got right to work. They saved a lot of our property while draining the building. Their repair services has been top notch. I even hired them to do other repair work outside of restoration. They have my full confidence and will only call them from now on.

Since this one type of company actually take way longer than necessary just to come on over to my own house to fix some little issues that we actually had with flooding in our own house, then any sorts of companies like this are not at all showing so called quote on quote, “Professionalism”! This meaning like that they actually took way longer then necessary just to actually be able to get to our own house just to fix up a couple of little flooding issues that we ourselves actually had within our own household and then therefore, did not at ll bother coming to way later on in the day! Not until practically the evening for hell’s sake! Therefore, that’s why they are not at all doing as god as they are actually supposed to be in actually showing all of the professionalism that they are all actually always supposed to be showing just like all forms of companies in general have all actually not at all been doing nowadays, today in general and all!
