This young man came out to my farm and provided me with a very fair quote to fence in my 4 acres. Shortly after he returned with the materials and instantly started putting the fence together. Needless to say it was done very professionally and I am very satisfied with the results. Colpani Construction came to our rescue during a construction project, in which our GC went 'missing in action" due to lack of knowledge/awareness - for the elevator part of our project. If not for their expertise to help us in completing all of the complex aspects (electric, sump pump, all code-required other items) - we would truly haver been lost. I highly rate their service and expertise!

Colpani Construction did an amazing job with my the construction in my home. They were knowledgeable, reasonably priced and very professional. I highly recommend them.

After getting 3 estimates I chose Colpani Construction. Everything started fine until they selected a structural engineer (required), to generate a structural plan for balcony floor repair to submit to the town's Permit Dept and sign off with a final approval at the end of the repair. The original request to the engineer was made on April 6 and he finally approved the repair on August 1. Not only did he take his time, but he charged me an additional $500 to "inspect and sign off" on top of his original fee which I had paid. This was not stated in either verbal or written forms. When I complained to Colpani he suggested we split the "surprise fee" and he would reimburse me the remainder in the event I referred other customers to him. I THINK NOT. In the interim, his construction guy would work one day and disappear until I called asking him to continue to work. At one point he told me that he didn't work directly with Colpani, was working on another job, and would try to fit me in whenever he had the chance. On one of his final days, I overheard him speaking with another irate customer, apologizing for lack of continuity in work. Apparently, this is a common practice with this company. On the day the town's inspector was to review and approve (or disapprove) the work, Colpani confirmed that he would be there, but was a No Show. The inspector informed me that he had called him (apparently the homeowner and the one who pays doesn't count) to say he was held up and would not be there. The job is complete and was apparently done well. I will have to deal with screens which were punctured and broken tiles at a later date.

The fastest service humanly possible. I had a problem and these guys came in and solved it in two seconds. Apparently my old contractor never finished out getting all the permits. I didn't know what to do so I called these guys and guess what they went beyond all means to fix every problem I had so I can get the seller my house done. Not only is it a family business but it's a hard-working family business. If I could give more stars I would.
