Terrible customer service, I just got off the phone with a gentlemen who was very rude and sounded very arrogant. I simply asked him about an invoice that I did not know what the description said, and asked if he could assist me with informing me about what these items were and he said "the description says it" I tried to explain that the description only says letters and numbers that I could not understand because I did not purchase these items and he started losing patience with me and giving an attitude. At the end, he rudely hangs up the phone... Please do better.

Our vacuum cleaner broke and needed a specific part, unfortunately, they didn’t carry it but Bobby was kind and creative enough take time out of this day and fix it for us! Very clean store and great customer service! Thank you.
