Fleming Brothers (the technician was Steve) just serviced my uncle’s AC… I called them last night around 445pm was able to secure an appointment for this morning. Steve showed up on time (I was actually a few minutes late, but he waited without complaint). He completed the work efficiently, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing at each step. Fleming Bros. was highly recommended by my neighbor, and I second their opinion. Steve was great!!

My fan motor was not working properly. I spent hours on the internet looking for a highly rated repair company and after reading several disturbing reviews for most air conditioning repair companies, I decided to call Fleming Brothers. I had already had an estimate from another company that was more concerned about selling me a new unit and discouraging me from repairing my current HVAC system. Their estimate for repair was ridiculous. The same day, Fleming Brothers sent out their " angel" Tristan. He worked so diligently on my unit to find the most economical solution to the issue. I did have to have the motor replaced, but at nearly half the price of the original estimate from another company, Tristan followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. It is rare to find a company and employee that you can trust and have the peace of mind that the job was done correctly. Tristan takes great pride in his work and the company that he represents, he truly loves what he does and looks for the best possible solution.

Woke up Memorial Day morning to a non working AC Unit. I called Fleming Brothers NOT expecting anyone to answer on a holiday. I left a message and they returned my call almost immediately. Mr. Fleming (owner) said they were extremely busy this day but that a tech would be at my condo in two hours. A young man by the name of Tristan claimed up on my condo roof in 94 degree temp and in 30 minutes my problem was fixed. He is fantastic. All said and done. Very fair price. Good solid company. 👌

Tristan worked quickly and efficiently to replace the pump. He is detail oriented and made sure that the air handler was cleaned out and the filthy wires changed so the unit would run at optimum efficiency. Kindness, attention to detail, and fair pricing keep all your clients 100% satisfied.

My experience with Fleming Brothers Air Conditioning Services was excellent. (September 2024). From the contact call and the kindness of the person who scheduled the appointment to the wisdom, professionalism and HONESTY of Doug and his partner who came to assess it.
He evaluated the issue and immediately knew what the problem was and it was NOT what I was told from previous quotes who wanted to charge a ridiculous price to do work that wasn't even necessary!!! The work was clean, it was fast and it corrected my issue!!!! If I have to sum it up to a few words, Punctual HONEST, wisdom, skilled with a fair price. They are definitely my new "Go To" company for air conditioning services.

Fleming brothers are exceptional don’t hesitate to call them with you’re A/C needs, they are honest ,fair and with a great customer service . I called them because my A/C stopped working .
Tristan the technician was sent to the house , he did the evaluation and determine that it was the compressor . Tristan diligently worked with the office they gave me a fair quote, explained to me the process of getting the new compressor and assured me that the job was going to be completed same day, AND that is exactly what happed . Tristan work ethic, knowledge and passion for his job is impeccable ,he saved the day for us! . Thanks Tristan and to the Fleming Brothers team for a job well done .

Far and away the BEST AC company I have ever used. We have called them at least five or six times over the last few years for regular maintenance, repairs, etc and I have always been impressed by their quick response time, honest/fair pricing, and overall customer service. I will never use anyone else. I have also referred multiple friends and they have all been more than satisfied with Flemming Bros. I wish all companies operated like this one.

Fleming Brothers is the BEST AC company I have ever used. They are reliable, honest, fairly priced, and experts in HVAC systems. Spoke to the always cheerful Tracy this morning to arrange for a service call. Ryan arrived on time and performed some methodic troubleshooting to track down the issue, which ended up being a defective part in the air handler. Ryan had the replacement part on the truck, installed it and my A/C was back up and running quickly. If you have an A/C problem you need to call Fleming Brothers.

We are Florida natives and my entire family has used Fleming for years. They are THE BEST. Why? Because they are both HONEST and good at what they do - a difficult combo to come by in South Florida. Will never use any other company

Fleming Brothers restored my faith in honest business practices. My air conditioner went out on Mother's Day. I called Fleming Brothers for an appointment to diagnose the problem. (Another company had already told me I needed a new unit.I was just getting a second opinion.)

From the moment I called and spoke to Tracy and explained my situation, she went out of her way to have a service technician scheduled without a long wait. Tristan showed up. As I waited for a new unit estimate, he told me it could be repaired. What, I asked!! Seriously??

About a month ago a gentleman from fleming brothers said my ac checked out ok. Im selling my house so I wanted a report. Instead of leaving he said my outside condenser is very dirty im going to clean it and did the work. My ac bill is about 50 dollars less than last month. I highly recommend this company.

My AC condenser decided to stop working on Christmas Eve, the following day I called Fleming Brothers and Tracy immediately scheduled to have someone go take a look that afternoon. Tristan diagnosed the issue right away and took his time to explain everything to me and helped me select the appropriate unit for my townhouse. Installation was scheduled for Friday however they called and were able to install the new unit on Thursday, one day earlier. Again Tristan did a great job and explained everything clearly. So impressed with these guys. We’ve had a repair and a service done by Fleming Brothers recently. The lady who schedules appointments is so pleasant and helpful. Mario, the tech who fixed and serviced our unit is excellent. No pressured “upselling” new units or extras - just fixed the problem quickly for a honest, reasonable price.

Woke up to a broken AC in the middle of the night. A friend recommended Fleming Bros. She was told that she would have to replace her entire system, so she called Fleming Bros for a second opinion. They said it wasn’t necessary and fixed the issue at hand. That kind of honesty was all I needed to feel confident I wouldn’t be taken advantage of. I called them and had their tech Tristan show up in about an hour. He was professional and pleasant to work with: He quickly troubleshot and fixed the problem, blower motor. He went out of his way to check a couple of other things to ensure everything was working as it should. Overall, the experience was positive and I will be using them in the future. Thanks Tristan!

Their great reviews are well deserved. I called on a Mon for a coolant leak in Century Village which required accessing the apartment below and digging up a line to repair/replace. Doug came on Tues, spoke to the tenants below and set up repair for Thurs. Doug arrived as promised and the job was completed in 3.5 hrs for the price agreed. This company is top notch, professional and reliable. Fantastic experience from my initial conversation with the very knowledgeable Tracy to the repair with Doug. What a pleasure to deal with a company that is informative and efficient... a rare experience.
