I called to report that the drum was loose and not spinning. Instead of giving me an estimate or advice, they insisted on sending a technician. When the technician arrived, he simply asked what the issue was and then recommended I buy a new appliance—without even opening it or performing any physical inspection. I was charged $99 just to be told that.

I later called to express my concerns, and they told me everything would be documented and forwarded to management. They also said I would receive a call back and a possible refund. I’m still waiting for both.

In my opinion, this service isn’t worth it if they won’t even attempt a basic diagnostic. Think twice before using them.

Vladlen was professional, on time and straightforward. Rather than do repairs that may only fix things for a few months he explained cost of repair so I could choose whether to just go buy a new washer. I appreciate his expertise and honesty.

I contacted Max Appliance on a Tuesday to repair my oven. I expressed that I needed the oven fixed by that upcoming Saturday morning. The part had to be ordered and they still had the oven repaired by Saturday! I was both pleased and impressed!
