Construction Company reviews in Coral Gables, Florida

I highly recommend Voss Construction 200%. My house came out perfect, with truly impressive finishes and incredible attention to detail. Steven was excellent throughout the entire process professional, attentive, and a great person to work with. My project was spectacular from beginning to end, and the final result exceeded all of my expectations. I would definitely work with them again and recommend this company with complete confidence

Company is losing money after their customer found out they were getting over charged and they are scrambling to try and make a quick buck

While I ended up not working with them, Steve Voss proved to be super responsive and very professional. He came highly recommended and my interactions with him proved the recommender right. In the end I did put off the work and will probably do a smaller remodeling. But I thought very highly of the way they handled the budgeting and the ideas they provided.

Steve came highly recommended to me. He is professional, and was very responsive to all of my questions. In South Florida it’s very hard to find a great construction company that’s reputable but Construction Voss meets all those qualities. Definitely consider them for your next project.

We had an amazing experience working with Voss Construction on the remodeling of our home in Boca Raton.

The Voss team did an incredible job in making our kitchen area beautiful and more functional. We actually enjoy spending time cooking !
This home was originally my parents home, and Steven understood the concept of sentimentality . When we asked him to save several original internal rock walls in the kitchen area, he was true to his word , and took the extra time to preserve them both , in addition to other areas we wanted to keep intact .

Juan was the foreman on our remodeling project and he was very contentious . His motto was “ your house is my house “ He appreciated the importance of the quality and value of the materials and the craftsmanship going into this endeavor .

The Voss team and sub contractors helped us to transform our living room into an area which flows well , and Steven had a good eye for the best type of recessed lighting for the room and, we love spending much of our time there .
The bathroom layout in all three bathrooms were remodeled and the space we gained was much more practical for us .

I highly recommend Voss Construction . We try to keep in touch with Steven and Juan and have even enjoyed meals together .
Every sub contractor they brought to our home was professional and paid attention to every detail, which made a big difference in the completion of the remodeling of our home.

From the initial consultation to the final touches, they made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and they transformed my apartment into a stunning space that exceeded all my expectations.

The dedication of the team at Construction Voss is commendable. They truly understand their craft and take pride in delivering exceptional results. My kitchen is now not only functional but also an elegant centerpiece in my home.

Thank you, Construction Voss, for creating my dream kitchen and making my apartment a place I love coming home to every day!

Craftsmanship, quality, professionalism and a fair price. Couldn’t ask for better. Thanks Johny!

Great Team to work with, attention to detail and responsible. thank you Carlos for doing such a good job.

Hired them to renovate a small bedroom/bathroom. Was bait-and-switched, deposited my check without permission. *BEWARE*

I never had good experiences with general contractors until I met Carlos. You definitely get your money's worth.

The team was punctual and professional. My garage floor has never looked better!

Great attention to detail, speed and communication. Very happy with the company and the people I dealt with. I highly recommend

Thanks Juan Carlos. You and your team have done a great job on remodeling my kitchen. I’m so happy with the result. I’ve been enjoying it immensely.

I was thoroughly impressed with the work done by Cutting Edge. Their team of professionals was very detailed oriented and delivered on everything that was promised. I highly recommend their work!

Our project manager Lanny was extremely helpful and always accessible. There were no surprises and we always felt that we were treated with honesty and fairness.

Luis was our project manager and he did a great job. If you’re thinking about renovating, hire them. Excellent customer service.

Office is very attentive and nice; however, their commitment is questionable. They only want large jobs and up charge on everything, from the architect, construction work, permits, etc. I would be careful.

I contracted Carlos and his team for a bathroom remodel. My wife and I had specific visions for the remodel and he delivered! Communicated every step of the way and kept us informed of cost to stay in budget. Our bathroom feels like a spa, big thanks!

Carlos and his team are true professionals. Their attention to detail is second to none. They manage the whole project to ensure the client's expectations are exceeded, the project is timely, and you get every ounce out of your budget.

Excellent job with my pool and pool deck. Very responsive and professional. Very happy with my new back yard. Lanny is the best! 😊
