General Contractor reviews in Coral Gables, Florida

Fast, clean, professional

I have called 3 times and emailed once to get an estimate for a roof replacement or repair, but no one will return my call. 😭

I was thinking to hire this company to do my roof after ask a couple neighbors in my neighborhood that we are not happy with their work at all so I decided to go with someone else and they sent me a bill for a cancellation fee which I never heard of

Felix and his team are the Best! Knowledgeable and reliable, always on time and with a great disposition.
Felix is very kind, respectful, well-educated, honest, and extremely professional and has great taste and excellent ideas.

Great team, very professional, and completed our bathroom shower reno in a very short time. They did an outstanding job and best part is the communication line is always open thru phone and in person. Will definitely recommend & use them again

Felix was a true partner throughout the process. He was extremely collaborative, creative and a joy to work with. He has a great team and I look forward to working with him on future projects. I highly recommend him.

CMR redid entirely my patio and it went from a dump area to an amazing modern, durable, and stunningly looking patio. It came out better than I envisioned and very much aligned with my vision, my budget, and my timeline. CMR showed up for me and made everything easy so I would re-hire them and recommend them.

CRM literally saved my business. The team is very honest and professional. They built a new gelato parlor from scratch and it was fully operative in just 45 days. In addition, CRM refurbish and painted my house in Miami, in accordance with the city codes, just in time. The owner is always working at the place and providing great solutions that work better and save money. Thank you Felix.

First off i would like to congratulate Mr.Felix @CMR Construction for the great professional team he has created & for the professionalism he gives to his customers/clients. In the line of building management we have worked with many contractors thru out the years but i must say very few were hands on, involved & ready to face any issue that may have come up during the project with a great positive attitude in finding a solution to keep the customer happy and on schedule. In the event we had an opportunity to work with CMR again in any future projects , it would definitely be a pleasure and we would definitely be happy to refer CMR to anyone asking to find a great Construction Company that does great work & is willing to find ways to help the customer meet there needs.

Thank you,
Carlos @Gables Square Mngmt. Team

Looking for a General Contractor is stressful enough. However, after many searches and discussions I chose CMR Construction. I liked the way they walked me through the steps and planning stages. My home in Coral Gables was remolded inside and out. I spent roughly $200,000 and added to my square footage. My Home end result surpassed my expectations. CMR was extremely professional and took every concern or questions with great respect. I would highly recommend this general contractor to my family and friends.

Excellent service! Unlike your average Miami contractor, this company is punctual, courteous, follows up, and does an excellent job. I will not hesitate to hire them again.

It was a pleasure working with Felix. After having to fix my pipes, Felix did a total renovation of a bathroom and the kitchen, including the removal of a wall to join the dinning room to the kitchen and enlarge the space. He was very professional and and worked meticulously on every aspect of the job, including the daily cleanup when done for the day. I am a perfectionist, so I was very pleased to see how he paid attention to the small details and was always available to inspect the job. Willing always to go the extra mile. Will be using him again for my future remodels. Everyone always compliments on the job well done. Thanks Felix!!!

Owner of CMR Const Grup Mr Felix is very responsible and cooperative. His office schedule payment of the work he is entrusted in such a way that makes comfortable. He is soft spoken and on time.Precisely I am very happy with work done by him in my house.I strongly recommend any home owner who wants to remodel home or any thing .

Working with CMR was by far our best experience with contractors in Miami, Fl. The job was completed on time and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend CMR Construction Group.

Scam roofing contractor...lies and dishonest contractor. Run as far away from CMR as possible. They take your money and never perform and when you want out of the contract for non performance they want to charge 25% for cancelation fee when they have not done any work or ordered any materials.

Cmr put a new roof on my home. They did an excellent job. Their supervisors kept me informed of progress and closely monitored progress. Administrative personnel answered my questions promptly. The lantana office was very helpful in addressing any concerns I had during construction. Highly recommended

When tackling a complete renovation of your main house, the biggest problem is to find the right General Contractor. We bought a new house that required an almost complete reform and we had many doubts about finding the most suitable professional, we selected three companies and finally we chose to give the project to CMR Construction, given the good references we got about him and the good impression he made on us when we explained the project we wanted to carry out in the property.
At all times, from the preparation of the budget to the last final adjustment of the work, Felix was always aware of all our needs, he helped us in all decisions of materials that had to be taken and his team was punctual, professional and meticulous in every detail during the more than 7 months that the renovation lasted. He met the agreed timing and was completely in line with the initial budget signed. Definitely someone to recommend.

We contacted CMR Construction to do a full renovation in our house. They did an amazing job. Felix and his team were always accessible and helpful. Me and my wife are extremely happy with the final results. We definitely recommend them and we'll use them again in the future.
