High quality performance, no scam and they know what they doing. I'll definitely recommended to anybody interested in buying a house especially to new buyers.

After the inspection I presented the results to the seller and upon reviewing the facts stated in the report i manged to lower the asking price and have some other items fixed.
I highly recommend the services of this company.

A true professional and dependable. The only inspector I use for all my projects i highly recommend prince valiant without a doubt.

I have used prince valiant in the past for many many years he does a great job for anything that you need he was fixing some thing in my house and saw a pipe leaking underneath and fixed it didn’t even know I had a pipe leaking he is wonderful I recommend him to anybody ...

A professional inspection, well done. He found issues that I never would have known about. Saved me thousands of dollars that I would have had to spend had Prince Valiant not been there!

Cesar is the Best Period. In every field he works he is a Master that’s all. So without doubt call him ASAP if you want your things At their Best

Cesar is honest, hard working, knowledgeable
about whatever work we asked him to do around our house. He is eager to please, multilingual & we will use his services again in the future.

I know Cesar for more then 15 years. All I can say it’s that he has the Knowledge not in one but in so many fields that it is not possible to translate with Words. I will recommend him as I always do as The Number One “Problem Solve” responsible Person in the entire South Florida!!! 5 stars it’s not enough I give him 10!!! and 100 as a Friend. Long Life to Prince Valiant!!!

I definitely can recommend this company. Cesar knows his job very well and is doing his best to fix the problem. He is knowledgeable and dedicated. The prices are affordable. My friend recommended me this company and I’m very happy with the results.

In addition to having a work ethic that is paramount in EVERY aspect, he is also genuine, trustworthy person. He has tackled every problem that we have had in our two condos with a passion. He gets the results that you need, and quickly. I've always said that Miami Beach has some of the laziest workforce I have ever experienced. It seems like they have brains that are pickeld with sea water... NOT CAESAR! This guy is the real deal. HAIL CAESAR!!

Excelent inspection work done properly and on a timely basis .
Him and his company are well experienced and handled the job properly and efficiently .
I will utilize their services again when and if needed fir any other repairs or inspections at my house or recommend just to anyone else .

I am very pleased and satisfied with the work which he complete at my house in the Florida Keys after the last hurricane Irma.
As him and his crew of workers immediately responded and rebuild our property back from scratch into the mansion it always was and used to be, once
HIGHLY RECOMENDABLE

Cesar was referred to me by my realtor as I was under contract to purchase a home. At first he was friendly and was eager to get the inspection to start given the deadline for the inspection period that I needed to comply by. He then submitted his inspection reports that I provided to 2 different insurance agencies for a quote , both agents were unable to give me a quote since the reports were incomplete and filled in incorrectly. To assist him I had asked the agents to contact him and to clarify what was missing as my dead line to conclude the inspection was in 1 day. He kept sending the reports incomplete and inaccurate and both agents advised that it’s not their responsibility to explain to him how to do the reports. When I told him so he went off making extreme racial and offensive statements to me, made threats to have people come after me, saying that he “knows people” and that he will not rest until I pay him for his reports. I didn’t as I couldn’t use his reports and I had to hire another inspector and pay him additional amounts to come and do the inspection in a short notice and to meet the deadline of the inspection period. He kept sending me threats and insults and stating he will send his “debit collectors” after me. I advised him that I will be reporting him to DBPR and to the police as the threats and rAcial attacks continued. Not only his reports were inaccurate and incomplete they were unorganized and hard for any person to follow. I advise steer clear and don’t be fooled by the “friendly” intro. He is extremely unprofessional and I will indeed be reporting him to DBPR and to the authorities.
