Totally unreliable does not reply to calls and doesn’t show up. Why put yourselves thru the agony of waiting for no shows?

Arrived for the estimate a month ago. I’ve tried to contact them with multiple phone calls to a voice mail that is full and won’t take messages. No call back. No estimate. No idea why they do not want my business.

I called this company and asked for free service. The person who answered told me to text them my address and that they would respond to me. I texted them once and again later in the week and they completely didn’t respond. I found that not only unreliable but also unprofessional.

This company does not clean up your yard after the trees are trimmed. They left palm debris all over my front yard and it looks horrible. Absolutely never give this company a deposit. They can’t be trusted and will do a poor job.

David came over. We discussed some ideas and some things I would like to do with my landscaping. He had some suggestions, and asked that I send him some information. He gave me his card, and I emailed the information he requested. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard from him since.

Zero respect for others property, the clean up process for them involved only a leaf blower which means nothing was actually cleaned.. all I really saw them do was push all the filth onto our streets and our drainage system. The side of our building is filthy

Very careless. Broke a lampost while cutting down a tree. When they cut branches, they allow large branches to fall into people's balconies where they have furniture and personal items. They also allow large branches to fall way too close to vehicles. They put the large mulcher inches away from vehicle so when they leave, the entire car (including under the hood) is covered with a layer of tree shavings. Incredibly careless and reckless lazy work. You've been warned.

Was really quick to respond via home advisor. Came home the same day to take measurements of my patio for new grass install and said he would give me quote the next day. Never heard from him again. So unprofessional do not waste your time.

I’m concerned with some of the reviews as my experience with them now twice has really been spectacular. It’s a family business and you can tell because they all work exceptionally well with one another. Highly impressed with their care and attention to safety as they always work with a spotter when articulating the man basket you ensure they will not inadvertently hit something. Too often in Miami - Tree Services are a guy with a chain saw - these guys know what they are cutting, how it will grow back and willing to make recommendations as well as respect the owners request. They take their time when trimming Coconuts close to a home as not to cause damage below and their clean up I have found now twice to be very in-depth and thorough. Their estimates are clear and they set reasonable expectations. Showed up right on time @ 7:15AM. Even used a drone to check around trees for any power lines or obstructions. I’m impressed and these are my only Tree Guys! Happy New Year!

Great people to deal with, great communication, fast workers, arrived right on time and left a really clean area after work. I will definitely use them again.

I have utilized Elias Landscaping (a true family business) for the past 5 years. They have been excellent each time.

Each June I utilize them to trim trees and prepare my yard for hurricane season. I have large trees in the front yard that they have continued to properly trim (not hat rack) so the trees continue stay healthy and high winds pass through.
They have removed damaged trees and bushes (from storms) or decaying trees, always done in a professional manner. They removed trees and shrubs to prepare an area for the construction of an addition to our house. They have always cleaned up after finishing the work.

I highly recommend them!

Very professional father and son team arrived on time and completed the job in 2 hours including clean up. They work from outside the fence and made sure my other plants were not damaged. Reasonable price and very good job.

This review is to warn people about the horrendous performance by Elias Landscaping; particularly the son, David Elias. He is a seasoned scam artist.
David presented well in the beginning and was always available before signing up for their services, but as soon as we paid, communication significantly changed. He did not show up for scheduled appointment dates, he broke a main water pipe on our property, and broke a string of ground lights in the front yard and another string of ground lights in the backyard. He is very sloppy with what was done with parts installed crooked. I do not think he puts any pride in his work. Our sprinkler system was not working properly, and after he disappeared, we do not even know the name of the company he subcontracted to fix it. He did not complete the tasks agreed upon and disappeared and would not return any messages after we paid for services. He was recommended by a realtor from a reputable real estate company, but do not make the same mistake even if you think the source is reputable. This company is a nightmare. Look at all the other bad reviews. Take our advice and do not use their services. Stay very far away so you do not end up like us spending tens of thousands of dollars for incomplete and incompetent work.
