Ryan was very nice taking time to explain everything. System is working well now. The price was absurd. 340is to put freon in and another 400ish for sealant. He said the inside was clean so did nothing to that. Need dryer vent cleaned and some plumbing work done but won’t be using again. Quoted $1000 for the vent clean. Wasn’t there much more than an hour. Over $700. I felt like a woman being taken advantage of.

Spent an hour or so in the plumbing section. Not one person asked if I needed help. In fact, one worker brought a cart with a bunch of random stuff in it and stopped right in front of where I was looking through and walked off and left the cart there. Rude.

Employees are never available to help our in doors.. They are always busy or not in. Trying to get a door installed and it has taken them 4 months. I still don't have my door... No updates on what is going on.. The finger has been pointed to all over the place no one takes responsibility of what is going on. I'm here paying for a door that I have no idea when I'm going to get it. No one seems to know horrible customer service. With Lowe's as their competitor they need to do better..

Poor customer service - employees in the major appliance area don’t know about the products they are selling! Ruined my Mother’s Day by not delivering my new oven as scheduled. Waited till the delivery time to let me know it wasn’t being delivered. So no oven to cook my Mother’s Day meal on!

Horrible. I was supposed to have the binds installed on 15th of December. Up to now I have no blinds in my bedroom or living room. No privacy in my bedroom and no safety. The all neighborhood is looking. Today is December 30th, no blind. I sent email, I texted, I called and NO BLIND. And they didn't want a deposit, I had to pay the all amount 4000

The company who did the installation of the new air conditioner was Art Plumbing and Air Conditioning. No communication, unreliable, the rep disappeared and never bother to call back. Worse experience ever.

We had a great experience with Home Depot setting us up with Art's A/C. They were very professional and courteous as well as extremely hard working. Our project wasn't easy and they did it with no problems or complaints. Highly recommend them!
