If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, professional, and high-quality GC Company I highly recommend Niel Construction Group “NCG”. I was extremely fortunate that as I was vetting multiple GC companies (this took me over 8 months to do by the way) that I came across NCG.

My project entailed converting my existing two-car carport into a two-car garage, so I had several companies come out, provide estimates, discuss the project for them to either not follow-up, decide they did not want the job and overprice it, never provided an estimate or just plainly not professional in their process to win a bid.

When I found NCG via a simple Google search, I decided to call them based on the reviews and website presentation. I was impressed from the start of our initial call to the estimator (Chris), visiting onsite, on time, listening to all the details I wanted, providing his professional opinions, and providing a very detailed bid of my project within days. I was very impressed and decided to take the leap and sign the bid/contract.

In a nutshell, the longest part of any permitted project is always the city. The City of Plantation took months (they are painfully slow) to review and issue permits but once that was accomplished NCG called me and scheduled dates and got my project going.

The project overall moved very smoothly, I was very happy with the quality of the work, the cleanliness of my property when it was done and my vision of how I wanted the garage to look is absolutely beautiful.

Patricia (Project Manager), Niel (Owner), and Rafael were exceptional in making my project a true success and a dream come true for me. Thank you to that entire team for always being professional, making things happen and completing the project.
