Michael Bean did a fantastic job restoring our original terrazzo floor throughout the house. We love the floor and had kept it up for years until our previous company retired. It had gotten dull and dingy, but Michael made it shiny and beautiful again. I will continue to use him for regular maintenance as I know he will do a great job!

Michael did an excellent job with my wood floors and my rug! He was punctual ( actually early)

I give zero stars to this company, Don’t recommend! Their lack of professionalism is surprising. I scheduled a hood cleaning with Walter over the phone, then the day of the appointment comes and they don’t appear nor call so I call them to see what happened and it seems like he completely forgot saying that usually customers call them to remind them (as if they don’t have a calendar on their phone and can keep track of their appointments on their own), nonetheless I reschedule with them: I remind them of the appointment the day before the appointment to make sure everything is on track, then I remind them once again over the phone the same day of the appointment and spoke with Walter who then confirms. So the time of the appointment comes and they missed it again and didn’t even have the decency to call to let me know that they won’t make it, so I call several times for an update and they don’t pick up or just turn off the phone so the call goes straight to voicemail. Just total disregard for people’s time. Ridiculous, No thanks!

This company does an excellent job cleaning restaurant hoods and exhaust fans and ducts I recommend they have a hard working team with 24 hour service no worries and speak English and Spanish you will never have to worry about inspections they pass every time also they repair exhaust fan motors And install kitchen equipment prices are unbeatable don't miss out and choose miamihoodcleaningllc you won't regret it 👍
