I had Lloyd from spotless pressure cleaning come clean my roof. He was polite, and came on time. Roof looks very nice. Although, he killed and fried my hedges and grass close to my house. I had to have a tree removed and a part of my hedge removed due to his work. It has been over a month and my grass has still not recovered. Both my landscaper and lawn treatment guy suggested I never use Spotless again and suggested he knows better. Beware!

Lloyd and Gary did a wonderful job power washing our patio, screen porch, driveway and sidewalks. We have never seen these so clean and white! Lloyd also washed the exterior house windows and they are indeed spotless. His equipment is uniquely designed for window cleaning and does the job beautifully. The next day Lloyd returned to seal our travertine patio stones, and now water beads up and dries clean and clear, the stones are protected from weather. We will call Lloyd and Spotless to clean on a regular basis now that we see his superior service and results.
