After going through multiple cleaning services and other cleaners I was fed up with the lack of attention to detail with my cleaning in my apartment. I contacted L & L Home Cleaning and they came to my apartment the next day even in the SNOW STORM.
They did an absolutely amazing job. I cannot begin to describe how happy I was with the way my apartment looked. I have two dogs and my apartment often ends up looking like a disaster zone. After L & L Home Cleaning was done, you would never even know that dogs lived in my apartment. They made sure to move everything and got every nook and cranny of my place.
I have already recommended L & L Home Cleaning Services to friends of mine, and expect to schedule another cleaning after spring.

The ladies did a spectacular job with only one minor flaw. One of the ladies started cleaning the balcony sliding glass doors but must have gotten distracted because she never finished.

All things being equal, it's like living in a brand new apartment! I'll be calling again soon for regular service!

L&L Home cleaning service are the best. I use them every month and they clean and take care of my home like it's their own. Very trust worthy company. They arrive and I leave so they can have space and no ones bothering them while there working. Mario and his crew are the best.

We had an emergency cleanup. This was no Molly Maid job, and Serv Pro and Service Master both dropped the ball even though they had weeks of advance notice. We had gone to the alleged professionals, and they failed us.

Here's all you need to know about L&L:

1) They're fast. Mario, the L&L head, saw an immediate need in getting the house addressed and got his crew to us within hours. It was wonderful.

2) They're reasonable. The house was in terrible shape and what they did was thorough. The result was miraculous, but the price was even better.

3) They're thorough. My goodness, they're thorough.

4) They're professional. Mario Francois is a joy to work with.

Had I gone to L&L first, I would have saved myself so much stress. Highly recommended.

Initial phone call was informative and professional, never pushy. Scheduling the service was quick and easy. The girls who came to our home were not only professional and friendly but eager to do a great job. An offer was made to correct anything not to my liking, as they moved room to room.
As I was saying goodbye, scheduled them indefinitely for a twice a month visit.

We called them desperately needing our house cleaned before Christmas. They were able to get us in and did an amazing job. We selected the move out cleaning and our house looks better than the day we moved in! The two woman who came made sure to stay until everything was spotless.
