I have been using this team since last year at my office and they have been amazing! Reliable, professional and they do an amazing job. I had them do a deep cleaning at my house and they were beyond wonderful! Reliable, professional and I don't think they missed a spot! I highly recommend this team!

Lorena is the best hands down , I had the pleasure of booking Lorena to come and clean my newly purchased property that was in horrific condition but Lorena and her team didn’t just clean the property but scoured from top to bottom every inch of the property was cleaned highly recommended you will not regret!!!!!!! Don’t be fooled by their fancy website. This lady showed up at my home for an estimate for deep cleaning. I found her on Google so I asked for business card or ID; as she was going to be in my home. She showed me neither. I decided to Schedule cleaning; but told her before she left that I would like to see ID, insurance OR waiver any liability when she arrives. She waited 2 days and cancel 8:30p the night before the day she is to clean and I was hosting an event that night. I have never had anyone showed up at my home to work without a biz card or ID. Protect yourself and your family.

This is the worst cleaning service “not company” I ever use to clean my house, the first time they came they Clean the house very well the second time they came they did a poor job then the last time after three weeks they decided not to come back because I made a suggestion and the owner Lorena said that he’s employees said that they clean my house the best they could...they were wrong. They left my house the last time without cleaning the bathrooms in the shower and the tops there was dust underneath the bed and the master bedroom they left trash they left everything on organize and I asked him to clean the refrigerator and they never did.
I also recommend them to a friend of mine who is moving out from my house to another they clean her house and I thought maybe she will be thankful to me and do a good job by cleaning my house and instead she quit they never came back after three weeks this is not professional at all. Again the worst sole proprietorship cleaning service you can hire no Customer Service not reliable not professional at all. Thankfully I found a professional cleaning company more reliable and professional.

Did a great job cleaning my couches and carpets! Used a professional extractor to pull all the dirt out and smells great now. Clean for my kids to play on now so I’m happy

Lorena did an amazing job with cleaning my grandmother’s apartment after moving out. She came the day I called so she could see the condition (which wasn’t great) and give an accurate quote. She was very sweet and accommodating considering the short notice. I wasn’t there when she did the actual cleaning but she called to let me know when she was done. The landlord was thrilled with the condition of the apartment and complimented how clean it was. Most importantly, my grandma is getting her full deposit back. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lorena!

About 10 years ago, my friend tried new cleaning service and immediately refer Lorena to me. She knows me... and I hate to admit it, however, the truth is that I am very picky and no one was ever good enough. 15+ cleaning companies and individuals later, 15+ great offers, plans, and promises my house was not cleaned. Not until I met Lorena.
She listened, she cared, and most of all was not focused “on how much to charge me” but on learning what clean house means to me.
10 years later and I could not pick, criticizes or complain about one single thing she does. Trustworthy, reliable, respectful, accommodating, most of all, she cares and takes pride in her work.
I remember one situation and I want to share that I hope will speak value of her pride in her work and dedication: I remember when Lorena broke/hurt her foot and could not move , needless to say clean. She still kept her appointment and scheduled, she send two ladies to do the work. Lorena was right there with them, on her crutches, supervising ever move they made.

Lorena and her team are THE best! By far the most thorough team I've ever used. Not only are they accommodating to my day/time needs, but they pay attention to the most minute details; moving everything instead of cleaning around things and they even do the tops of pictures on the walls, ceiling fans, baseboards and more. I trust Lorena in my home, have recommended her to friends and family and even my little chihuahua loves her!

Lorena is the absolute best!!!! She has been cleaning our house for the last 3 years and I honestly don’t know what we would do without her. Not only does she take pride in what she does; but, she always tries her best to make her clients happy. She is always consistent with her quality of service and does a great job communicating. After being dissatisfied with my prior maid, a friend referred me to Lorena and she is amazing!! I have 2 large dogs that shed and my floors are spotless after she is done!
