I called when my pump went down and the symptom was quickly troubleshot over the phone and only required a motor replacement with step by step guide of how to install. Unlike pinch a penny or other pool stores which will upsell you on an entire pump these folks are honest and tell you only what is needed to fix the problem. Very professional and knowledgeable. Simply the best service you can ask for along with great customer service. There is a reason that they have been around so long by providing honest trustworthy information, just give them a call and see for yourself.

I called Coral Springs Pump Repair and he knew right away what I had and what I needed. Remember, it was Saturday at 2pm. They close at 3. "I was told bring the pump on down and we can take a look at it. I have all the seals and a motor" I got there around 2:30, he took it into the back and came out like 20 minutes. I was afraid he couldn't help me but instead... my pump had a brand new motor and seals. YAY!!!
Between $200 for the motor, the seals and tax, I paid $283. Now could I have bought a new motor cheaper? Could I have done the work myself? Yes, but did I have the time? No. Coral Springs Pump Repair repaired my pump and got me back in business fast enough that dinner plans with my family were not ruined.

Very honest, knowledgeable staff and exceptionally quick turnaround time! Brought my old pump motor in to be looked at and within about 30 min they checked it, recommend a replacement (which I assumed I needed anyway) and built / balanced everything needed for a quick install. I wish all business were like this one.

I am replacing a motor on a Jacuzzi Magnum pool pump and the only instructions I could find were from Wethead Pumps who broke the instructions into 22 videos and just ridiculously blabbed on them with only a minute or 2 of actual information. Then I found the step by step instructions from Coral Springs. So succinct and thorough. I would thank the person who put these instructions together. How thoughtful and what a lifesaver.

Great service and very informative staff. Brought in my filter cap because the handle hinge was broken. The staff me ever of front Ray was very helpful and efficient. Fixed my cap within 5 minutes, would definitely recommend to anyone who has pump or filter issues. Also procedure free estimates by providing pictures of the issue.

So, I just want to say that I drove an hour to come to this store. The guys are extremely nice and informative. Brought my pool pump in because it was not powering on. Within 10 minutes they checked it and called, “ hey nothing wrong with your pump could be electrical”. One, thank you I really appreciate it. Two, the diagnostic was free. I can not tell you how much I appreciate people being honest. If I ever have any other issues I will definitely be making the drive back over.

2017 - Here’s a positive shout out for Coral Springs Pump Repair ! These guys totally know their business. I got a better explanation on wiring a pool pump and the various options available than I got from the manufacturer. So, I just want to endorse the in-depth, technical knowledge of the staff of Coral Springs Pump Repair. BTW – I have no connection to Coral Springs Pump Repair - just a customer wanting to help other potential customers. Love, love, love this business. Ray has been our go to guy for pool issues for years. It's so hard to find businesses that don't take advantage of you so when we find one we keep coming back. Ray is super knowledgeable about everything pool related and honest. He's not trying to milk you, he'll tell you if there's a less expensive way to fix the problem. They respond quickly to any call we make and more than that Ray is trustworthy and wonderful. When my late dad was still alive he liked to "help" any repair person that came into the house as an excuse to talk. Ray took the time to talk to him and explain in detail what he was doing. He remembered my 5 year old son who was an infant the last time he saw him. He's just so amazing at his job I couldn't recommend any service more. He also helped my mom learn how the pool equipment worked after my dad passed away. Just so kind and helpful.

Needed the new pump motor. These guys have it in stock at a fair price. Great service from a knowledgeable group. Very helpful over the phone and when I arrived to pick up the pump motor.

I have used them several times over the years. The last time was two years ago when I was in several times and spoke with (I assume) one of the principles.

I could tell that I had pulled him away from actual hands-on work (based on my observations) that he had stopped in order to talk to me every-time but I never once felt like I was interrupting him. He was more than just helpful - he was happy to give me the full education on all the technical details I asked about (I was in full do-it-yourself mode).

The net result was that after I returned several times, after fully researching what he had taught me, I was certain that I was making the right decision going with the pump he had on display (I had spoken with the U.S. manufacturer and was happy with them).

I asked for a recommendation of an independent person who could do the installation and I went that route and it worked out great.

I will use them again in the future.

The owner took my phone call and was very nice to work with. They have all of the COVID-19 precautions in place for a comfortable shopping or purchase experience. These guys will tell you the deal and sell you parts that are genuine. That is not Common in this business space in South Florida. Thanks again for the great experience. In an age when unscrupulous businesses abound, Kenny and his team stand out as the perfect example professionalism and honesty. My sprinkler pump was not priming and I thought I had to replace it. Kenny not only checked the motor and confirmed that it was in perfect working condition but also told me that the problem was not the motor but the check valve. He told me where to find the valve, how to change it myself, and told me to call him back in the event I ran into any difficulty. I followed his instructions and in a couple hours my sprinkler system was up and running as perfectly as it did prior. If honesty and professionalism matter to you as much as it matters to me then Coral Springs Pump Repair must be your go for the service you deserve.

This company is great and Ray is an absolute gem. Every time I've had an issue with my pool or sprinkler pumps, Ray has accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue in a timely and professional manner. He is always patient and explains the process concisely while answering all my questions. I highly recommend this company for all your pool pump and sprinkler needs.

I ended up calling this company after trying out the Handyman Company.
The Handyman Company is not a local business. They were expensive to begin with and then they tried to make my project into a bigger deal than it was. Try this company instead. They were honest and priced the job fair.
