If it were possible to give them 1/2 star I would've! They installed an a/c 3 yrs ago, had to call them last month because the air stopped working, I called early in the morning, never got a call back. I had to leave my hours & rent s room for the night because it was 93* in the house. They blames their answering service for not calling the repairman on call...wouldn't you think that the repairman on call would contact the answering service if he got NO CALLS for the entire weekend? They finally came, 2 days later, serviced it. Then a few days ago, it stopped working again...I called & a repairman said he'd be here between 11& 1pm. Shortly afterwards the answering person called & said since I was unhappy with their work I
should find another company to service it. Looked up my last bill where it says they added Frion (why, there was no leak)they never fixed anything! They even killed one of my flowering trees with junk they put in the line, horrible company, will never recommend them EVER! -

Got our AC unit replaced, the gentleman that installed the AC was friendly and willing to take the time to explain the process to us. The guy who I spoke on the phone with and the lady that does the notary are unpleasant. They both are rude and have attitudes.
