We used Monar AC for a big project (installing new units) because they’d been so responsive and great to deal with on prior repair and maintenance jobs. Their techs and office are always polite and helpful, they show up when they say they will, and their estimates are always reliable and for good prices. When we found other companies with significantly lower prices they turned out to be suspicious or have some catch. We never do ongoing maintenance contracts but we actually now have one with Monar because they were so easy to deal with and inspires so much confidence.

I’ve been using Monar air-conditioning for several years and find that the technicians are conscientious, knowledgeable, considerate, and punctual. The communication from the company is excellent. When they schedule an appointment, they send reminders prior to the appointment day and time and another notice when the technician is on his way. I recommend them highly.

Monar has been so amazing. Super responsive. They are super knowledgeable and the techs that come to the house have been super nice and helpful. Started with them for maintenance with my old AC and then when my AC gave out, within a week they were out with a new unit and they took care of all the permits and paperwork. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Marc the service tech and Monar AC for quick, fair and accurate service. I have no ac knowledge and Marc patiently explained our situation and options and helped me make an appropriate decision. They had what we needed in stock and fixed the system same day. It’s 90 degrees out so that’s huge. They probably could have told me that my old system can’t be repaired and requires replacement and I would not have known any better. I appreciate the honesty and quality service.

Have been a customer of Monar Air Condtioning for several years and they have always provided top notch service. I have the bi-annual maintenance plan so a tech comes to my home twice a year and checks out my AC system. The techs are technically proficient, courteous, and professional. Leshane and Alex, the two most recent techs who have provided maintenance service, are outstanding (and good natured to boot).

When it came time to replace our A/C unit, Monar went above and beyond our expectations. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team displayed expertise, politeness and resourcefulness at every turn. Their admin manager Arlene coordinated seamlessly with from the start to finish, she was prompt, friendly , efficient and extremely pleasant to work with. The technicians Arnold and Andy who were , knowledgeable, friendly, and skillful in details and attention to the job. we couldn’t have asked for more.
