As a person certified to use Freon and use my hands around my house quite often I just want to show the biggest respect to my man Nick. Saved me from buying the wrong part, when my blower motor wouldn’t separate from the fan blade he improvised and got me one and came back and finished the Job. True professional with unbelievable respect and truly went above and beyond to help me spend some time with my daughter before she leaves me. Respect Maximum 🫡

Nick called me back while I was still on the phone leaving him a message. Talk about responsive. And then he told me he would try to get a tech out right away even though it was already very late in the afternoon.
Berris , the tech, appeared very promptly after that & was extremely polite, efficient professional , & methodical in assessing our a/c problem. It was very soon after that the a/c came back on & started to cool down the situation. Highly recommended; in fact, We wouldn't even consider calling anyone else other than Bee Cool for any of our HVAC needs.

Nick was amazing. I live in Coquina Lakes in Deerfield Beach and my AC stopped working. I tried to figure out the issue with my AC unit myself, and even ended up changing the thermostat, with no luck. Nick came out and found the problem in about 5 min. Our AC went out . Bee Cool owned by Nick came out and determined after 13 years our Air Conditioning was worn out. He gave us a price that was very competitive on a 4 ton unit. . Knew we were in a bind so he changed his schedule and installed a new system the next day. He and his men were very punctual, polite and clean.
