I am very pleased with the complete process that HVAC troopers provided from the quote to the finished job. I was able to get a quick quote using photos and explaining on the phone what I wanted. Victor was able to recommend the best choice for my situation and the quote was competitive. I was very happy that we arranged for the installation for the next day. Impressive! The team arrived early in the morning as promised and completed the job promptly. Took precautions to limit the mess using floor protection cloths and generally cleaned up after themselves. I could tell that the team was very experienced and performed a very good installation with meticulous attention to detail. Absolutely amazing service! The tech showed up right on time, was super friendly, and fixed my AC faster than I expected. Everything’s running perfectly now, and the price was totally fair. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely call them again if I ever need.

Very positive experience. Spent a lot of time making sure A/C was working properly. Also made sure that the drain was working well by the cleaned the coil and cleaned up when he was finished. I will absolutely recommend him if someone needs A/C service. He was on time and did the job in a reasonable time.

Victor is the man! He is the literal definition of above and beyond. It's beyond refreshing to know there are still people in the community who care about customer service and doing the job right, at a fair price.

I won’t bore anyone with the logistics, but we had some very uncommon problems with our new A/C unit because of a poorly designed drain system built into the house. Complex to say the least. As a tradesman myself I can tell you that most companies, or even seasoned A/C guys would’ve lied and told us it was normal operation noise. Not Victor. When he heard the noise he said it wasn’t normal and so began his journey…lol. He began researching our system and installed a special condensate pump that not only eliminated the aggravating drain noise from upstairs to downstairs, but also, it has worked perfectly ever since. Most guys would’ve blocked our calls or lied to us to get out of fixing it. Not Victor. He’s truly a master of his craft and went the extra mile for us…Even more importantly, trustworthy. This company does exceptional work.
