This was truly one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. The communication was outstanding from start to finish, and they arrived right on time. Even though our system was over ten years old and had never been cleaned, they did an exceptional job restoring it. The blower cover, which was covered in mold, now looks like new thanks to their thorough cleaning. They also installed a UV light and cleaned the return duct with great care. Throughout the entire process, they took the time to clearly explain everything they were doing, making sure I understood each step. I called on a Saturday and had an appointment for Monday. The technician came out on time and checked my duct work in the attic and the air handler and suggested a service I didn't even know existed. Duct Encapsulation which would solve my issues with the fiberglass duct work. He schedule that service for the next day and I was amazed at the difference it made! He was extremely professional, very polite and knowledgable. He put plastic sheeting down to protect my furniture and flooring. He walked me through the whole process and even showed me what he was doing. He was very efficient and cleaned up when he was finished. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! And I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have their ac handler and duct work cleaned.

We were looking to clean our HVAC Ducts from dust and mold here in Boca Raton and found Universe Duct Cleaning to be the highest rated duct cleaners on google and yelp. On google they had over 400 reviews and all were 5 stars, so we decided to give them a call.

They were quick to answer and were very personable and polite in their response. They gave us their competitive prices and same day or next day visit for a free in-home diagnosis and estimate with no upfront commitment, unlike many who charge for a diagnosis.

We decided to start with a free in-home diagnosis, and our technician was Tony. He was on time and very nice and personable at arrival. He helped diagnose our request for the dust removal and anything else we asked of him. He seemed very knowledgeable about more than just clearing ducts and we were very appreciative of his advice, which we could take to our HVAC techs.

He gave us a quote for cleaning and was able to negotiate it down according to competitive prices we received from others, so we decided to go with him and his company for our needed duct cleaning. Tony was readily available the next morning, even though he's always on a busy schedule, and arrived exactly on time as promised.

He was very gentle with his work and scrubbed every vent clean. He mentioned how long the whole process would take and was right on time. At the end of the job we were given several ways to pay and we decided to pay with Zelle for no extra credit card charge (which the card charges the business and in turn us).

Between calling and getting the job done, it took only 2 days and we're very glad to have chosen this 5-star company for its quick reliability, no upfront commitment, and overall nice phone manners as well as the kind, skillful and knowledgeable technician Tony. We're looking forward to our 1-year maintenance with them soon, and are writing them another well deserved 5-star review. Hopefully they stay in business for a long time with many satisfied customers to come.

I recently purchased a house and had renovations done. Before using the air conditioning system I wanted to have my ducts cleaned. The technicians from Universe Duct Cleaning were very professional and knowledgeable. Vivo the technician recommended that my air handler also be inspected. When he opened the air handler I was shocked to see all the crud and dirt in the unit. This could have made us all very ill. They did a thorough job cleaning and disinfecting the air handler and all the ducts. I also had a UV light system installed to improve our air quality. I highly recommend Universe Duct Cleaning.

We're in a bit of unique situation in that we have a leak in our ceiling that has been hard to dianose as water is coming both from an A/C Return line and what we thought was a dryer duct, at least that's what the A/C techs thought. So we called Zarts to clean the dryer duct.

Zarts scheduled us quickly and arrived on time. The lead tech named Zsolt (it can be confusing in reviews with some talking about Zarts and others Zsolt) was very thorough. We took advantage of the fact that the ceiling was opened for leak detection to open up the duct that was leaking and water came pouring out!

What Zsolt was able to figure out is that the "dryer duct" was not in fact a dryer duct, but the bathroom fan duct. He also helped us map out all of the ducts on the roof and develop a theory as to how water was getting in. He sent us numerous photos and videos that document the issue that we can use with our engineering team to figure out how to address the root cause.

In the end, it turns out our dryer duct was not very clogged, but is now very clean and we have a clearer understanding of some of the problems we are dealing with.

Overall, Zarts went above and beyond in helping us figure out what's going on, even though it was well beyond what we had contracted them to do. Highly recommended!
