Swimming Pool reviews in Coral Springs, Florida

Had a leaking pump, called 2 other pool repair and sent them pictures. Both told me the same thing....I need to replace the pump, without coming out to see.
I called Coral Springs Pump Repair and they fixed the problem for $150.00 instead of the $800 the others wanted.
Cant promise the motor will last as they are all made in China, but for now very pleased. -
Very Helpful, been around for years! Great company !

Pool companies quoted me $600-$1200 to install a new pool pump system. One call to Rick and he asked me to put the phone up to the pool pump and turn it on. By ear he could tell it was just the pool pump. Fixed my problem for under $350 and this included some preventive care maintenance and a new pool pump cover to keep my new pump lasting longer! and we got a good laugh. One of the few honest pool business left out there.

Dave and Kenny provided me with excellent service when my pool and sprinkler pump needed repair, they even took the time to educate me on how to upgrade my electrical wiring to the pool pump in order to make it safer!!
The pricing was very fair, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing pump repairs. -
These guys are great. Walked in with a broken pool pump motor, they carefully examined it, told me what was wrong, talked me out of a more expensive choice and had me out the door in 15 minutes with the thing repaired. Very nice people to work with!

Couldn't have been a better experience... First time DIY'er, got my pump totally disconnected myself (very happy for that accomplishment). Researched the google reviews, remembered this place from all of the 22 years I had been in the Coral Springs area and texted him two pictures... I got a thorough reply with website link to even repair it myself... Decided I would take the whole unit in for a look over as I wasn't sure of its age or quality status. He was able to not only research the TSB (technical service bulletin) for the bad pump seal that had been installed (maybe by the factory), but put in the newer high quality seal and replaced the impeller which had been destroyed by the original faulty seal... He had the job done for me in less than a half hour... I turned back around and bought a few PVC connection parts and went home to reconnect - All working great again!!! Total with parts/labor/tax $118.07 - VERY HAPPY!!!

I had to try a dyi project of replacing the motor in my superflo pump. Since I'm not mechanically inclined I read a lot of online info but your Web site was hands down the best info for dummies like me. Thank you for helping us and my project went perfect smooth thanks to your simple instruction.

Pump died on a Friday, came in on Saturday at 11am. I hadn't been diligent in checking my pump seal for leaking and the motor was fried (whoops). Kenny and Ray got me squared away, had new motor and seals same day. Also very knowledgable about all things pool maintenance related. They pointed out a few things that I had previously neglected (which most likely lead to my pump motor dying prematurely). Overall, Awesome service.

9-17-2018. I have never been treated as well as I did when my pump went bad. The owner walked me through the whole installation and what went wrong. He gave me several hints and tips to follow. I understand now why this company has been in business as long as it has. I would give them a ten star review if I could. If you go anyplace else for repairs it’s your loss!

First visit to get a pool motor and pump replaced. After talking with them we decided to bring in the old unit and have them take a quick look before replacing. Brought in the unit and about 15 minutes later my pump was repaired. The impeller failed. They repaired while I was there. I can only say they were very very nice, knowledgeable and a very reasonable price. Seems I found a new place for pump repairs.

I would give these fellas a 10 if there was one. Outstanding service and unbelievably helpful. They close at 3 pm on Saturday. I removed my pool pump motor and They literally did a function test on my old pool pump motor, diagnosed the problem, rebuilt me a new motor and had me on the way home by 14:45. Now that is service. They even gave me detailed instructions how to properly mount the motor to avoid any problems. I went back today to get some advice on why my system was not shutting off. Again, step by step instructions on how to properly replace the timing motor. I was done in 20 minutes and already did a test on the system. You guys ARE #1 in my book and I won’t use anybody else. Thanks again Gregg.

Great service, replaced my pool pump motor and seal in about 10 minutes. Friendly and educational conversation as well. I will definitely return if I ever need their services again. I highly recommend Coral Springs Pump Repair.

I called when my pump went down and the symptom was quickly troubleshot over the phone and only required a motor replacement with step by step guide of how to install. Unlike pinch a penny or other pool stores which will upsell you on an entire pump these folks are honest and tell you only what is needed to fix the problem. Very professional and knowledgeable. Simply the best service you can ask for along with great customer service. There is a reason that they have been around so long by providing honest trustworthy information, just give them a call and see for yourself.

I called Coral Springs Pump Repair and he knew right away what I had and what I needed. Remember, it was Saturday at 2pm. They close at 3. "I was told bring the pump on down and we can take a look at it. I have all the seals and a motor" I got there around 2:30, he took it into the back and came out like 20 minutes. I was afraid he couldn't help me but instead... my pump had a brand new motor and seals. YAY!!!
Between $200 for the motor, the seals and tax, I paid $283. Now could I have bought a new motor cheaper? Could I have done the work myself? Yes, but did I have the time? No. Coral Springs Pump Repair repaired my pump and got me back in business fast enough that dinner plans with my family were not ruined.
Excellent service...large inventory and fast work. They are the best contractor I have met since coming to Florida last year.
Thank you very much. Keep up the great Customer Service. -
Very honest, knowledgeable staff and exceptionally quick turnaround time! Brought my old pump motor in to be looked at and within about 30 min they checked it, recommend a replacement (which I assumed I needed anyway) and built / balanced everything needed for a quick install. I wish all business were like this one.

I am replacing a motor on a Jacuzzi Magnum pool pump and the only instructions I could find were from Wethead Pumps who broke the instructions into 22 videos and just ridiculously blabbed on them with only a minute or 2 of actual information. Then I found the step by step instructions from Coral Springs. So succinct and thorough. I would thank the person who put these instructions together. How thoughtful and what a lifesaver.

Great service and very informative staff. Brought in my filter cap because the handle hinge was broken. The staff me ever of front Ray was very helpful and efficient. Fixed my cap within 5 minutes, would definitely recommend to anyone who has pump or filter issues. Also procedure free estimates by providing pictures of the issue.

So, I just want to say that I drove an hour to come to this store. The guys are extremely nice and informative. Brought my pool pump in because it was not powering on. Within 10 minutes they checked it and called, “ hey nothing wrong with your pump could be electrical”. One, thank you I really appreciate it. Two, the diagnostic was free. I can not tell you how much I appreciate people being honest. If I ever have any other issues I will definitely be making the drive back over.

2017 - Here’s a positive shout out for Coral Springs Pump Repair ! These guys totally know their business. I got a better explanation on wiring a pool pump and the various options available than I got from the manufacturer. So, I just want to endorse the in-depth, technical knowledge of the staff of Coral Springs Pump Repair. BTW – I have no connection to Coral Springs Pump Repair - just a customer wanting to help other potential customers. Now June 2025: Another positive review: same motor as above - Coral suggest I swap capacitor and that put me back in business. Thanks, Ray !
