David and his crew did a great job removing full grown Royal less than a foot from structure. Process was smooth. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Castle Tree Art. We had huge above ground roots destroying our lawn and about to upend the sidewalk.
Castle Tree Art came out ONTIME and provided a reasonable estimate. More importantly they absolutely understood what needed to be.

Extremely pleased with the work Matt and the Castle Tree Art did on my front oak. It is very hard to find tree trimmers that know what they are doing and don't take the easy way out. Castle Tree exceeded my expectations, the price was fair and the job was thorough. After previously poor attempts with other companies, I got lucky this time around that I found Matt and crew.

Matt and the crew came and removed an old Ficus Hedge and installed a new Clusia Hedge in its place along with a new Fox Tail Palm. They were prompt and within a few hours, did the work and left it totally clean. Excellent work!

Matt the owner is unethical. Left his men to do a major job without supervision or direction causing several trees to be cut off the top with out pruning and shaping. Refused to come back to the house or answer my texts while the men were working.
The week before we discussed shaping all the nonpalm trees to a more aesthetically shape and appearance.

He took off to meet with other clients and the work I had done consisted of several trees trimming and shaping ( $1000) one palm tree needed dead branches removed which was not included in the estimate. After discovering that the top of my giant umbrella tree was hacked off I called and asked him to come back because he was busy in a more important job. I had to instruct the men with the other trees. He’s interested in only the money never came back to see the job. Men collected the check on his behalf. I deducted $50 because now I have to buy netting to protect the bromeliads that are growing on the umbrella tree trunk.

The men did a great job as best they could. I’m not an expert nor am I knowledgeable in tree trimming and shaping. I was expecting Matt to be there supervising. The week before he discussed how usually shapes and tapers a magnolia tree. Several trees including the magnolia were just lopped off the top of the main trunk resulting in a hideous, misshapen look there was no shaping or tapering. I asked the men to try and fix to taper so they would not look odd. I told them how to shape the other trees that were not yet cut. They did a great job 5/5 for hard work and working without direction from the owner.
Matt lacks professional ethic is substandard not satisfactory. I will reiterate, did not call or follow up after several texts to come back to job site This is my umbrella tree now with a few leaves the tip completely hacked of with a few leaves oddly left on top. I’ve tried to post the after pic several times and some how it’s not posting this Is the tree before

David and his team arrived on time and got straight to work. They are very professional. The job took about 4 hours but once it was completed it was absolutely. I would recommend him to anyone who needs tree/stump removal as they are very detailed and made sure they left the area where they worked in great condition.

Matt and his crew were the epitome of professionalism! They were efficient and courteous. I priced out two other companies and they were the least expensive. I have 4 large black olive trees which needed trimming badly and they banged out the job in just over 6 hours. Matt even trimmed my Bismark Palm without my asking at no charge! When they cleaned up the yard, it looked even better than before they came! Don't go anywhere else! This is the company!

From the moment I first called Castle Tree Art, the experience was excellent! David called me back within an hour and he was at our house a few hours later to give us an estimate. Not only is he super friendly and knowledgeable, but he's honest (which is hard to come by these days). Best of all, he was even willing to shift around his schedule to fit us in the following morning!

Fast forward to the next morning... David and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would. The crew did an amazing job from start to finish, and they made sure to clean up everything as they made progress! We had quite a bit of palms for them to trim and everything was done the same day + came out looking GREAT! That is one hard working crew!

Dave and his crew showed up yesterday at the promised time and got right to work bracing our leaning tree. They are thorough, professional and after cleaning up you’d never know anyone work was done (except for our perfectly straight trimmed tree.)
They have a great work ethic, very fair estimates and did an awesome job.

It was great working with David. He came by twice, gave me good advice of getting FPL's help to get my tree out of the power lines, got me on the schedule quickly, and his crew did a fabulous job on two large trees in the front. Bucket truck, chipper, half a dozen skilled guys, the works. Everyone was super nice - highly recommended.

We had a horrible problem, and Castle Tree Art did an absolutely fantastic job solving it.

Our front yard has a ~30-year-old oak tree planted about 7-10 feet from the street, and the tree has sent its roots EVERYWHERE over the years. The asphalt in front of our house was buckling up, and the potholes were getting larger and larger with each passing month. The streets in our development are owned by the HOA (not the city), and the HOA holds homeowners responsible for all tree damage to common areas (sidewalks, etc), so it was up to me to get the problem fixed.

Every asphalt company I contacted didn't want the job -- they like to replace entire parking lots, not repair small portions of a street -- so I had struck out several times before finding this company on Google.

I am so glad I did.

The company owner and 2-3 other workers trenched out the roots adjoining the street, refilled the resulting gap, then dug out and replaced the damaged asphalt. I've attached before/after pictures to this review, but I couldn't be happier with the results.

If you have a hard-to-solve tree root problem (tree roots AND asphalt, etc), definitely consider calling this company. I'd hire them again without hesitation.

Excellent work by David and his crew. I had a tree just dropping leaves everyday in my pool. Had David and his crew come and remove this very big Bischofia tree in one day. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after the mess. Tree and stump gone. Now my pool has more sunlight hitting it. Thank you Castle Tree Art for a fine job. It had been years since we had comprehensive tree service done to the property. With canal easements, fencing, and several palms that grew up way too close to the house we were concerned and apprehensive. The old saying is true: Trees look great when you plant them. Then they grow up. And grow up and out some more becoming (insurance) liabilities.

David’s company (Castle Tree Art) was doing some work in the neighborhood so we researched a bit and had several good no pressure exchanges way better than the “door knockers” or those that troll the neighborhood. You know their drill.

Bottom line: excellent price, top notch service, careful work with use of rope lines, and complete cleanup.

I had David and his team come to my house in response to my town who required me to remove existing trees and plant new trees. David obviously had experience with these projects and promptly came up with a solution and recommendations after perusing my property. David completed the tree/stump removal and planting of new trees in two days. The team at Castle was exceptional at every level. Thrilled with the work David, Santos, and his team did to remove a huge tree that had become unmanageable and dangerous between my house and my neighbors. Very tricky rigging work that they made look easier than it was. They did a great job grinding the stumps and left the yard immaculate. On the front end he assisted with the permit process too. In a day when honest contractors can be hard to find in South Florida - we were blessed to find Castle Tree. Can’t recommend them enough.
