We have enjoyed working with this company while start our build in St. James Bay.

Very nice folks! They are building our house and it is beautiful!

Every time it rains I have a lake in my front yard, and when it rains hard I have a river going down my driveway, all because golden construction built the yard below the road level so all the water, including those from up the street comes rushing into my yard and driveway….Robbie’s response “house was built to code” refuses to attempt to fix in any way. Don’t use this company, once house is built they are out…guess it is buyer beware. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.

golden construction is absolutely awful. bought a new house in magnolia gardens and my floors are all falling apart 2 years into ownership of this new house. The build quality sucks, and customer service is AWFUL. the sod they put in the yard is awful.. full of weeds, and poorly laid. back yard is full of sand patches and weeds, no grass. they didnt transfer the utilities to me and then BLAMED ME for failing to do so, when i had absolutely no control over their release of paperwork to duke energy.. then they had my power cut off and ruined 4-500$ worth of groceries in the refriferator/freezer. absolute garbage experience purchasing my first house. tiffany karen hartsfield shouldnt work customer service anywhere, ever. garbage. moved in march 19, 2021. the problem with the electric was between the county and duke, not ME and golden. I CANT CLEAR THE HOUSE FOR USE WITH DUKE PER THE COUNTY. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE COUNTY RELEASING THE PROPERTY TO DUKE AND ROBBY AND TIFFANY WOULD NOT LISTEN AND DESTROYED 4-500$ WORTH OF MY GROCERIES. i had no control over the county not giving duke the info duke needed, yet when told that, GOLDEN INSISTED IT WAS SOMETHING I DID AND RUINED ALL MY GROCERIES. the utilities were put in MY NAME IMMEDIATELY. the flooring issue is coming up ALL OVER THE HOUSE, if theres a water problem its coming from the foundation being garbage - the flooring was marketed by golden as being water proof anyway lol how could i have messed that up? i contacted everyone in the lil maroon folder they told me i had to contact about it and none of them would return a call. justin burch tile, whomever else.. robbie miller is awful, dont buy any houses from these people. the yard problems arent cause of not being watered, its awful sod. the neighbors who didnt buy a house from golden all have lovely grass without all the weeds. a couple months into ownership i figured out water was leaking out of the walk in master shower, only, it wasnt the shower, it was that golden's idiot workers nailed siding through the master bath plumbing and it was leaking all over inside the master bath. and they have the gall to talk about water damage. i am more than willing to post my text interactions with robbie miller (owner of golden construction) about these issues. robbie miller is trash. straight up can not admit any wrong, dont buy a house from these people.

So happy

I highly recommend Austin to do any type of custom and/or construction work. Very reliable, professional, & cost efficient compare to everyone else.

Austin has a great business, and I confidently refer my customers to him for any construction, or home improvement projects.

Very professional and courteous. I received a quick and competitive quote. Work was high quality and the job was completed ahead of schedule. I would recommend Mr Reeves to handle all of your construction projects.

Extremely skilled carpenter that is more than capable of handling any workload you can throw at him. He has the ability to do exactly what you ask or if you have a rough idea, has the artistic ability to interpret what you want and turn it into reality. Dependable with timelines and budget restrictions. Very personable and respectful. Treats every project with care.

Austin did a great job on my large storm door. It looks and works great. I’m looking forward to working with Austin on several other projects soon.

I had a great experience with Austin on a door installation at my house. Competitive price, great communication, high quality work, and made a point to protect our household items from dust, and clean up after the job was done.
