I had a bad leak on a pipe in my well house. Barwicks came out within an hour or so and got me all fixed up. They provide great customer service!!!!

I found myself in need of a well repairman so I just Googled and found someone who was fairly close to me. I called on Tuesday morning and B.K. Barwick told me he would come by that afternoon. He was there just after lunch!! That was my first nice surprise- same day service!! When he got to my house Mr Barwick not only resolved the issue, he spent a great amount of time showing me some of the things that I could watch for and do myself. I also enjoyed a great conversation while he worked! He was very very knowledgeable, so respectful and kind and gave me an extremely fair price to perform the service. Highly recommend!!

I am so thankful to have found Barwicks Pump Service. I am new to country life, having just relocated from a lifetime of living in the big city. I could rebuild any Harley from the ground up, but don’t have a clue when it comes to wells and pumps. After all the tornadoes and torrential rains last week, my well developed a leak in the line between the pump and the tank. I called yesterday evening, and Mr. Barwick showed up this morning and not only fixed the leak pronto but also took the time to explain to me how everything works. He was very knowledgeable and asked me how my water pressure was and I told him it wasn’t what I was used to in the city. He explained why and made the adjustment within the control box and now I have excellent water pressure throughout my system. He also found a worn out bleeder valve that he replaced. I inquired about a full filtration and water softening system, and he took the time to explain to me why I didn’t need any of that for my situation and location. He could have easily tried to sell me all of that, but didn’t. Feeling blessed to have found this man who is honest, knowledgeable, kind and patient. I most highly recommend him for all your well and pump needs.
