Constraction reviews in Cutler Bay, Florida

They did an amazing job and they gave me the best price. I requested quotes in 6 different companies they won. Best decision of my life.

Google should allow zero stars, one star is too good.I was looking for a fence installer so I called Pacheco. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and she hung up the phone in my face! I called back and a male voice answered and he was very rude as well! I never got a chance to state the reason why I called. Maybe business is really bad. They are a pathetic!

Hello Mr Pacheco, maybe someone is trying to sabotage your business because when I called your exact telephone number, A woman said Hello?she was Hispanic. When I asked her what number I was calling? She muttered something in Spanish and slammed the phone down! I called again.a man answered the phone and he was rude!

Probably the BEST company I have ever work with. The Pacheco fence team install my fence in the time the promise and it was a flawless job! If I could give them 6 stars I would! Great fence installation! Excellent work!!!

I reached out and they were responsive right away. Transparent and fair pricing. Did the work excellently and faster than promised, completing a side fence and fabricating and installing modern metal gates in record time. Overall an excellent experience!

Pacheco Fence Corp is dependable, affordable, responsive, highly skilled and professional. They are a rare gem in South Florida and you should hire them if you have a project.

We started working with another company and they disappeared. Pacheco Fence Corp responded to our inquiry on their website, assumed the permit that the previous contractor left us hanging with, and installed a beautiful fence in less than 3 days.

They were creative and solved every challenge that our backyard and neighbors brought them, with a positive attitude and a sense of urgency to do a great job.

They delivered for us and I would highly recommend working with this company.

The Pacheco Fences Corp have done my fence and five of my neighbors fences. Because of their great workmanship and the quality work they do, I would recommend them to anyone! They just completed a job at my mother’s house this week and everyone loves the new fence. I also just gave their contact information to my new neighbor. They are very professional and their on time delivery (completing the jobs on time) is unmatched.

I highly recommend this company. They offer a variety of quality fencing options at competitive prices. Mr. Pacheco and his son came up with a perfect solution to my fencing needs. They delivered and installed my fence earlier than expected. Great customer service, very professional. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I could not say enough good things about Pacheco’s Fences. Great quality, great price and exceptional service. While having them installed, I had 4 neighbors ask me who we were installing our fence with. I happily recommended them. They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, gave us exactly what we were looking for and we are so happy with the results.

I called Lester of Pacheco Fence cause I was having problems with persons and things accessing the back of my property without permission. He came out and discussed several fence enclosure safety options. Lester is professional, courteous great personality and very knowledgeable.
I’m very happy with the results of the fence installationI, and I plan to hire his company for other projects at my home.

I highly recommend Pacheco’s Fence. This company is reliable, honest, and all around great service. I needed repairs done to my fence due to someone crashing into my property and they were able to get the work done within a week, and they also cleaned up after themselves- you don’t see that anymore!! Big shout out to Lester for the amazing work. Thanks again, guys!

This family business resolved our fencing issue immediately, professionally, and they rendered quality service! We called explained what we needed, and requested a quote. A very competitive quote was given, and we were assured the work could be completed the very next day! We are very satisfied with the workmanship, the cleanup, and professionalism. I will highly recommend their services. Muchas gracias!

Pacheco fence did a great job installing my wood fence. Very nice … they are a family business with 2 sons and dad. They went above and beyond to make sure the fence looked good by cutting away the tree roots. They gave a very reasonable price as well. They came promptly the day and time they said they would. They even cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Pacheco designed, built, and installed two beautiful gates in my house, and we are very happy with the services they provided. Great price, quality of work and design, punctuality, and kindness. This is a family company with great values. 100% recommended.

I found Lester and his dad through google maps search. They gave us a fair estimate and built our wooden motorized fence gate in two days. The work was timely, of good quality, and we communicated well.

We had a great experience with Lester from Pacheco Fence. The pricing was fair, communication was straightforward, and the fencing and gate project was completed quickly and efficiently. The final result looks great, and the work was done exactly as promised. Highly recommend.

We are so VERY happy with Pacheco Fences! We just moved into this home and wanted more security from the road. We also needed a fully enclosed backyard for our Lucy girl!

The home already had a balcony railing that Pacheco had created 2 yrs prior.

They took time over a weekend to visit our home, ask questions, take measurements and confirm our needs.

Great value, wonderful communication and on time delivery!

Thanks so much!
