Ross Brothers did a good job at a fair price. Our new tile gets great comments from visitors, and some have even noticed what a great job was done in keeping it level across a wide area. Importantly from my perspective, Ross Brothers was always very communicative, always on time, and stuck with the job until it was done – no jumping in between jobs so that you never knew when they would be working, as many other contractors do. And when small issues would arise, they would act quickly to remedy them.

James was my first point of contact. This man is amazing and super knowledgable about insurance and how the rebuild works. Our kitchen was totally gutted due to storms, water/mold, and roof damage. Ross Brothers came in took over all the measuring assessing the rebuild from drywall to outside roof damage.
The insurance sent a small check that would not even cover completing the kitchen. Ross Brothers stepped in and were outstanding to work with, very respectful, professional, detailed, and pointed out items that were not mentioned by the insurance co. They treat you like family.
Five (5) Stars in my book.

I hired Ross Brothers to remodel my bathrooms. I had various recommendations from neighbors and after some research I went with Ross Brothers. From the beginning they were punctual, friendly, professional, and detail oriented. My Project Manager, Jason Cabral, and his team were awesome. They walked me through any hiccups that arose. My bathrooms turned out amazing! Ross Brothers was great to work with and I would recommend them to everyone.

I recently hired Ross Brothers to renovate my Kitchen in my Condo in Dania Beach. I had just moved down to Florida from New Jersey and I felt like a fish out of water since I did not know who to call or where to get a referral from. I have heard too many horror stories about contractors supplying poor work and customer service.

I used common sense and went to the BBB Website. I am so glad I did since I found Ross Brothers there. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. A Gentlemen named Jason came to my Condo on time and looked and acted very professional. We spoke for a while about my budget and ideas.

After listening to me and keeping my requests in mind Jason came up with a fantastic plan. He explained everything in detail and with words that were easy to understand. He told me he would write up an estimate and get back to me in a day or two.

The next day he came through as he stated and E-mailed me an estimate keeping my budget in mind. Very reasonable and he did not use up my whole budget like I asked. Every worker he sent were courteous, professional, did a perfect job and cleaned up at the end of every day.

My kitchen looks amazing and functions great. I am a Personal Chef and the kitchen is the most important room in my Condo. I love it. Perfect. Not one complaint or after thought.

I am genuinely very happy with Jason and Ross Brothers and would recommend them to anyone for any work that needed to be done. A+++.

Ross Brothers came in and handled all the logistics necessary to complete a major mold removal and reconstruction of our Master Bathroom, Closets and parts of our Bedroom.

Our Project Manager, Alex was always concerned with making sure things were done right. He kept excellent contact with us explaining about what and when to expect next. He also went out of his way to advise us on many occasions. If you can request him, I’d recommend it.

Diana was the designer assigned to helping us create our Dream Bathroom. She had state of the art software to help us visualize and decide what we wanted. She was also very helpful and sympathetic to what we were going through.

In general, construction is not a fun process but the most important thing is always the end result and as far as that goes, the mold is gone and our Bathroom, with Derek’s (Ross Brothers Owner) hands on advise and frankly his good, well experienced suggestions, our Bathroom is Extremely Updated and Beautiful.

We had a very positive experience with Ross Brothers. We had them remove popcorn ceilings and complete a smooth finish ceiling and we were very satisfied with the overall work. Inevitably the project is a very messy one but they did a great job in cleaning up. It was a pleasure to work with Bill Rodman and his crew completed the work on schedule. We are so satisfied with the result we are considering having them redo the ceilings in our bedrooms as well.

I met with Jason Cabral from Ross Brothers to get a quote on redoing my moms ceilings in a house she would be moving into in a week. It was very last minute since the original company we called to do the work never got back to us after we met with them. Jason gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work and was able to start within a few days. They came in and removed the popcorn from the ceilings, did knock-down on them, and had them painted in 2 days. Everything was done before my mom moved in. They went above and beyond our expectations and my mom now has beautiful ceilings in her new home! I would highly recommend Ross Brothers to anyone looking for a contractor and I would definitely use them again if more work was needed! Jason Cabral was amazing and led us in the right direction with the texture for the ceilings. An amazing company with amazing representatives.

Ross Brothers did what they said, when they said they would, for a reasonable price. You can't ask for more from a contractor! Ross Brothers removed our popcorn ceiling, replacing with a beautiful smooth finish. They started and finished the job on time, and did great work. The paint on our walls got chipped in a few places, but Jason from Ross Brothers took it upon himself to come back and repair the damage. We recommend Ross Brothers and will have them back to complete additional jobs around our home.

My experience with Ross Brothers, from initial inquiry into their services to the completion of the project was a pleasant one; which is saying a lot these days. My primary contact, Jason, was very professional; took accurate measurements; answered all my questions prior to signing the contract; started and ended the job within the timeframe discussed prior to start and immediately took care of the minor concerns I had when the job was completed. I would recommend Ross Brothers to anyone looking to have popcorn ceilings removed and re-textured. We will be looking to do additional remodeling in the near future and will again call Ross Brothers.

I completed bathroom renovation and replaced the tile flooring in most of my house. I was apprehensive because of a past renovation nightmare. I worked with the project managers Alex Garcia & Jason Cabral. They had great communication and guided me through the whole process. I was extremely happy with the quality of work, especially the tile work, both in the shower and floor. The workers showed up for work on time and cleaned up and the end of every day. The estimate I received was higher than expected, but worth it. Ross Brothers was professional and delivered what they promised. If you are looking for good reliable contractors, you won't go wrong by selecting them.

We hired Ross Brothers for our kitchen renovation. From beginning to end they were awesome. Did what they said efficiently professionally and we are super happy with our kitchen. It's nice to know if a mistake is made it is fixed properly. It is worth the money spent. Will hire them again for the next job! I am thrilled with my bathroom makeovers by Ross Brothers! Bill Rodman provided excellent service with estimation and project management. He also gave fantastic advice to help me make the most of my budget. His crews were very friendly, polite and respectful of my home. The work was done exactly on time and was precisely as quoted.

I was hit with flooding as I walked into my home after being away for days. The water extraction service recommended Ross Brothers immediately as an excellent contractor to not only coordinate restoration, but work with the insurance company. Ross Brothers' "Where Every Detail Matters" slogan is how they operate on every level: workmanship;  expediency;  professional courtesy;  knowledge and service.  Work was done every day until it was completed...and on time!  Jason was in touch every day and personally  monitored the progress on site most days while advising me on selection of materials. He responded quickly to phone calls and texts - always - and I was encouraged to contact him anytime I might have a question or concern.This was a whole house tile flooring and painting project...while I was still living in the house. The prep work, protection of furnishings and containment of construction dust was nothing short of outstanding, and the finish work is perfection!. Never once did I lack confidence in this company. I contacted Ross Brothers for an estimate to remove my popcorn ceiling and paint my condo. I spoke to very friendly Howard. We made an appointment for Jason to come give me an estimate. I hired Ross Brothers to repair several sections of drywall throughout my home due to water damage. I was very impressed with their communication and follow-up from the first day I met with them. Not only did they do a wonderful job in repairing my drywall, but their project management is excellent. My project manager, Jason, stopped by my home each day that they were working to check their progress, and to also make sure I was satisfied and didn't have any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them for any project you may have!

This being my first remodel of any sort, I chose Ross Brothers based on Better Business Bureau reviews, along with other reviews on their web site. The project was a complete condo remodel-plumbing, electrical,, new wallboard, molding, doors, ceiling fans, lighting, painting, and all new A/C and appliance installation. Ross Brothers handled everything from start to finish. Jason Cabral and Bill Rodman were very professional and courteous. They kept me informed of the project's progress and their advice and suggestions regarding various details were appreciated and the completed condo reflects their expertise. I really appreciate Bill's tackling the city permitting process when the code inspectors began to drag their feet. All in all, I am completely satisfied and recommend their services to anyone considering a remodel, no matter how small or large.

I did a lot of research to find a company to do my kitchen remodel . The Ross Brothers came out and I was very impressed with everyone I met. So in October the kitchen was started and we expected it to be about 8 weeks as I was ordering custom cabinets.. well unfortunately it was a new company Ross Brothers was ordering the cabinets from and it took longer than expected to get them and then they came in all wrong! And even Ross brothers were shocked at what was sent out. Needless to say I was very upset , but Ross Brothers said not to worry and they would take care of it. We did not want these Aquabox cabinets that were sent out, not only were they wrong but lacked the quality as well. So Ross Brothers took them all back and ordered me custom maple cabinet boxes instead . Unfortunately all this took time Thanksgiving and Christmas came and went. But I finally got my dream kitchen !!!! Yes it was a nightmare but in the end I was very happy with Ross Brothers . I will say I was impressed with the integrity of the company and how nice everyone I met there was. I even received a nice gift with a letter of apology for how long this took.. Would I recommend Ross Brothers and use them again. YES! A lot of companies would of left us hanging. If it wasn't for the length of time it took I would give 5 stars.
