Friday morning my ac started to act out. I called and I had a company called AND ac services coming to check, they said it was the capacitor and the guy changed it ($400) well...the ac kept oscillating temperatures. Friday mid day I called Fresh Air and they were promptly answered. Ended that I need a whole new ac unit. Within the weekend Felix exchange my old unit to a brand new one giving me factory and labor warranty. I thank Fresh air to help out on a weekend in a Florida heat!

Fresh air repairman on August 31, said he replaced a $275 part and with labor my bill came to $390. On November 24th another company came to fix my unit because I had no HEAT. This repairman told me whoever worked on my unit last had cut all the wires and put in a "bypass" instead of replacing the part i needed, so I could not have heat at all! I have called them, talked to them once with their denial, and now they won't answer my calls!

He was also good at communicating letting us know when he was running a bit behind because of traffic. Highly recommend these guys. AC running great.

My AC broke in the middle of the night on a Sunday!!! Fresh Air Cooling & Heating was one of the few places open and had 24/7 emergency AC service. I called them at 2:18 AM, and they answered my call immediately, luckily dispatching someone by 2:27 AM. The technician, Felix, and his partner arrived at 2:54 AM on a Sunday in less than 30 mins!! I couldn't thank them enough. They got the AC working in no time, by 3:15 AM. This meant that between the time I placed the emergency A/C call and the resolution, everything was fixed within one hour! Side note: Felix was great; he was polite, professional, and considering how last-minute the call was, the price was reasonable. Thanks again to these two guys!!!

came put quick which was awesome, once he was here he never went over costs of anything and never addressed the lack of cooling but fixed the clogged drain. it's been a few weeks and it's struggling more. Guess I will find another company to use. Based on my service and the ratings on here was why I uses them but I feel like his ratings aren't true customers but friends.
